Let’s enter his presence with thanksgiving; let’s shout triumphantly to him in song.

Every day they devoted themselves to meeting together in the temple, and broke bread from house to house. They ate their food with joyful and sincere hearts,praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. Every day the Lord added to their number those who were being saved.

My lips will shout for joy when I sing praise to you because you have redeemed me.

Then all the men of Judah and Jerusalem turned back with Jehoshaphat their leader, returning joyfully to Jerusalem, for the LORD enabled them to rejoice over their enemies.So they came into Jerusalem to the LORD’s temple with harps, lyres, and trumpets.

Because you didn’t serve the LORD your God with joy and a cheerful heart, even though you had an abundance of everything,

I remember this as I pour out my heart: how I walked with many, leading the festive procession to the house of God, with joyful and thankful shouts.

Let them give thanks to the LORD for his faithful love and his wondrous works for all humanity.Let them offer thanksgiving sacrifices and announce his works with shouts of joy.

On the fifteenth day he sent the people away. So they blessed the king and went to their homes rejoicing and with happy hearts for all the goodness that the LORD had done for his servant David and for his people Israel.

Rejoice during your festival— you, your son and daughter, your male and female slave, as well as the Levite, the resident alien, the fatherless, and the widow within your city gates.

So I will bless you as long as I live; at your name, I will lift up my hands.You satisfy me as with rich food; my mouth will praise you with joyful lips.

Hezekiah reestablished the divisions of the priests and Levites for the burnt offerings and fellowship offerings, for ministry, for giving thanks, and for praise in the gates of the camp of the LORD, each division corresponding to his service among the priests and Levites.
