恶人想得坏人的网罗；义人的根得以结实。

壞人的堡障是淤泥；義人的根永久長存。

惡人貪愛壞人的贓物，義人的根將結果實。

惡人罔利、惡人欲得其網、義者之根、自結其實、

惡者貪非義之利、義人自食其力。

惡人為惡、如喜入惡網、善人之本必鞏固、又作惡人貪得不義之人所羅者惟善人之本無不鞏固

The wicked desire the stronghold of evildoers, but the root of the righteous endures.

Those who do what is wrong are safe for just a while. But those who do what is right last forever.

Whoever is wicked covets the spoil of evildoers, but the root of the righteous bears fruit.

Thieves are jealous of each other’s loot, but the godly are well rooted and bear their own fruit.

The wicked desire what evil people have caught, but the root of the righteous is productive.

The wicked person desires the plunder of evil people, But the root of the righteous yields fruit.

The wicked desireth the net of evil men; But the root of the righteous yieldeth fruit.

He lies in wait secretly, as a lion in his den; He lies in wait to catch the poor; He catches the poor when he draws him into his net.

The rich man’s wealth is his strong city; The destruction of the poor is their poverty.

And the remnant who have escaped of the house of Judah Shall again take root downward, And bear fruit upward.

Those who come He shall cause to take root in Jacob; Israel shall blossom and bud, And fill the face of the world with fruit.

He shall be like a tree Planted by the rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season, Whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper.

“ Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, And whose hope is the Lord.For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters, Which spreads out its roots by the river, And will not fear when heat comes; But its leaf will be green, And will not be anxious in the year of drought, Nor will cease from yielding fruit.

The faithful man has perished from the earth, And there is no one upright among men. They all lie in wait for blood; Every man hunts his brother with a net.

Surely, in vain the net is spread In the sight of any bird;But they lie in wait for their own blood, They lurk secretly for their own lives.So are the ways of everyone who is greedy for gain; It takes away the life of its owners.

But now having been set free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you have your fruit to holiness, and the end, everlasting life.

They take up all of them with a hook, They catch them in their net, And gather them in their dragnet. Therefore they rejoice and are glad.Therefore they sacrifice to their net, And burn incense to their dragnet; Because by them their share is sumptuous And their food plentiful.Shall they therefore empty their net, And continue to slay nations without pity?

‘ For among My people are found wicked men; They lie in wait as one who sets snares; They set a trap; They catch men.As a cage is full of birds, So their houses are full of deceit. Therefore they have become great and grown rich.They have grown fat, they are sleek; Yes, they surpass the deeds of the wicked; They do not plead the cause, The cause of the fatherless; Yet they prosper, And the right of the needy they do not defend.

A man who flatters his neighbor Spreads a net for his feet.By transgression an evil man is snared, But the righteous sings and rejoices.

But the ones on the rock are those who, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, who believe for a while and in time of temptation fall away.Now the ones that fell among thorns are those who, when they have heard, go out and are choked with cares, riches, and pleasures of life, and bring no fruit to maturity.But the ones that fell on the good ground are those who, having heard the word with a noble and good heart, keep it and bear fruit with patience.

The nations have sunk down in the pit which they made; In the net which they hid, their own foot is caught.

“ I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.

You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.
