惡人罔利、惡人欲得其網、義者之根、自結其實、

惡者貪非義之利、義人自食其力。

惡人為惡、如喜入惡網、善人之本必鞏固、又作惡人貪得不義之人所羅者惟善人之本無不鞏固

The wicked desire the stronghold of evildoers, but the root of the righteous endures.

Those who do what is wrong are safe for just a while. But those who do what is right last forever.

Whoever is wicked covets the spoil of evildoers, but the root of the righteous bears fruit.

Thieves are jealous of each other’s loot, but the godly are well rooted and bear their own fruit.

The wicked desire what evil people have caught, but the root of the righteous is productive.

The wicked person desires the plunder of evil people, But the root of the righteous yields fruit.

The wicked covet the catch of evil men, But the root of the righteous yields fruit.

He lieth in wait secretly as a lion in his den: he lieth in wait to catch the poor: he doth catch the poor, when he draweth him into his net.

The rich man’s wealth[ is] his strong city: the destruction of the poor[ is] their poverty.

And the remnant that is escaped of the house of Judah shall again take root downward, and bear fruit upward:

He shall cause them that come of Jacob to take root: Israel shall blossom and bud, and fill the face of the world with fruit.

And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

Blessed[ is] the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is.For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and[ that] spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.

The good[ man] is perished out of the earth: and[ there is] none upright among men: they all lie in wait for blood; they hunt every man his brother with a net.

Surely in vain the net is spread in the sight of any bird.And they lay wait for their[ own] blood; they lurk privily for their[ own] lives.So[ are] the ways of every one that is greedy of gain;[ which] taketh away the life of the owners thereof.

But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.

They take up all of them with the angle, they catch them in their net, and gather them in their drag: therefore they rejoice and are glad.Therefore they sacrifice unto their net, and burn incense unto their drag; because by them their portion[ is] fat, and their meat plenteous.Shall they therefore empty their net, and not spare continually to slay the nations?

For among my people are found wicked[ men]: they lay wait, as he that setteth snares; they set a trap, they catch men.As a cage is full of birds, so[ are] their houses full of deceit: therefore they are become great, and waxen rich.They are waxen fat, they shine: yea, they overpass the deeds of the wicked: they judge not the cause, the cause of the fatherless, yet they prosper; and the right of the needy do they not judge.

A man that flattereth his neighbour spreadeth a net for his feet.In the transgression of an evil man[ there is] a snare: but the righteous doth sing and rejoice.

They on the rock[ are they], which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away.And that which fell among thorns are they, which, when they have heard, go forth, and are choked with cares and riches and pleasures of[ this] life, and bring no fruit to perfection.But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep[ it], and bring forth fruit with patience.

The heathen are sunk down in the pit[ that] they made: in the net which they hid is their own foot taken.

I am the vine, ye[ are] the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and[ that] your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.
