Behold, the wicked brings forth iniquity; Yes, he conceives trouble and brings forth falsehood.He made a pit and dug it out, And has fallen into the ditch which he made.His trouble shall return upon his own head, And his violent dealing shall come down on his own crown.
His own iniquities entrap the wicked man, And he is caught in the cords of his sin.He shall die for lack of instruction, And in the greatness of his folly he shall go astray.

saying,“ I have sinned by betraying innocent blood.” And they said,“ What is that to us? You see to it!”Then he threw down the pieces of silver in the temple and departed, and went and hanged himself.
But You, O God, shall bring them down to the pit of destruction; Bloodthirsty and deceitful men shall not live out half their days; But I will trust in You.
