For this reason God highly exalted Him and gave Him the name that is above every name,

Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name,

And He has a name written on His robe and on His thigh: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.

Then Jesus came near and said to them,“ All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.

But we do see Jesus— made lower than the angels for a short time so that by God’s grace He might taste death for everyone— crowned with glory and honor because of His suffering in death.

Now that He has gone into heaven, He is at God’s right hand with angels, authorities, and powers subject to Him.

See, My Servant will act wisely; He will be raised and lifted up and greatly exalted.

They said with a loud voice: The Lamb who was slaughtered is worthy to receive power and riches and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and blessing!

He demonstrated this power in the Messiah by raising Him from the dead and seating Him at His right hand in the heavens—far above every ruler and authority, power and dominion, and every title given, not only in this age but also in the one to come.And He put everything under His feet and appointed Him as head over everything for the church,which is His body, the fullness of the One who fills all things in every way.

So He became higher in rank than the angels, just as the name He inherited is superior to theirs.

He was given authority to rule, and glory, and a kingdom; so that those of every people, nation, and language should serve Him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away, and His kingdom is one that will not be destroyed.

The Father loves the Son and has given all things into His hands.The one who believes in the Son has eternal life, but the one who refuses to believe in the Son will not see life; instead, the wrath of God remains on him.

I will also make him My firstborn, greatest of the kings of the earth.

This is the declaration of the Lord to my Lord:“ Sit at My right hand until I make Your enemies Your footstool.”

Therefore I will give Him the many as a portion, and He will receive the mighty as spoil, because He submitted Himself to death, and was counted among the rebels; yet He bore the sin of many and interceded for the rebels.

Jesus spoke these things, looked up to heaven, and said: Father, the hour has come. Glorify Your Son so that the Son may glorify You,for You gave Him authority over all flesh; so He may give eternal life to all You have given Him.This is eternal life: that they may know You, the only true God, and the One You have sent— Jesus Christ.

keeping our eyes on Jesus, the source and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that lay before Him endured a cross and despised the shame and has sat down at the right hand of God’s throne.

The dominion will be vast, and its prosperity will never end. He will reign on the throne of David and over his kingdom, to establish and sustain it with justice and righteousness from now on and forever. The zeal of the Lord of Hosts will accomplish this.

The Lord is at Your right hand; He will crush kings on the day of His anger.

All things have been entrusted to Me by My Father. No one knows who the Son is except the Father, and who the Father is except the Son, and anyone to whom the Son desires to reveal Him.”

Because he is lovingly devoted to Me, I will deliver him; I will protect him because he knows My name.

Christ died and came to life for this: that He might rule over both the dead and the living.But you, why do you criticize your brother? Or you, why do you look down on your brother? For we will all stand before the tribunal of God.For it is written: As I live, says the Lord, every knee will bow to Me, and every tongue will give praise to God.

The Father, in fact, judges no one but has given all judgment to the Son,so that all people will honor the Son just as they honor the Father. Anyone who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him.“ I assure you: Anyone who hears My word and believes Him who sent Me has eternal life and will not come under judgment but has passed from death to life.“ I assure you: An hour is coming, and is now here, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear will live.For just as the Father has life in Himself, so also He has granted to the Son to have life in Himself.And He has granted Him the right to pass judgment, because He is the Son of Man.

“ I have consecrated My King on Zion, My holy mountain.”I will declare the Lord’s decree: He said to Me,“ You are My Son; today I have become Your Father.Ask of Me, and I will make the nations Your inheritance and the ends of the earth Your possession.You will break them with a rod of iron; You will shatter them like pottery.”So now, kings, be wise; receive instruction, you judges of the earth.Serve the Lord with reverential awe and rejoice with trembling.Pay homage to the Son or He will be angry and you will perish in your rebellion, for His anger may ignite at any moment. All those who take refuge in Him are happy.

Now, Father, glorify Me in Your presence with that glory I had with You before the world existed.

“ God has resurrected this Jesus. We are all witnesses of this.Therefore, since He has been exalted to the right hand of God and has received from the Father the promised Holy Spirit, He has poured out what you both see and hear.For it was not David who ascended into the heavens, but he himself says: The Lord declared to my Lord,‘ Sit at My right handuntil I make Your enemies Your footstool.’“ Therefore let all the house of Israel know with certainty that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Messiah!”

God exalted this man to His right hand as ruler and Savior, to grant repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins.

The seventh angel blew his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven saying: The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Messiah, and He will reign forever and ever!

The victor: I will give him the right to sit with Me on My throne, just as I also won the victory and sat down with My Father on His throne.

For when He received honor and glory from God the Father, a voice came to Him from the Majestic Glory: This is My beloved Son. I take delight in Him!

and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To Him who loves us and has set us free from our sins by His blood,

You made him little less than God and crowned him with glory and honor.You made him lord over the works of Your hands; You put everything under his feet:all the sheep and oxen, as well as the animals in the wild,the birds of the sky, and the fish of the sea that pass through the currents of the seas.

All things have been entrusted to Me by My Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and anyone to whom the Son desires to reveal Him.

Your throne, God, is forever and ever; the scepter of Your kingdom is a scepter of justice.You love righteousness and hate wickedness; therefore God, your God, has anointed you with the oil of joy more than your companions.

Then comes the end, when He hands over the kingdom to God the Father, when He abolishes all rule and all authority and power.For He must reign until He puts all His enemies under His feet.The last enemy to be abolished is death.For God has put everything under His feet. But when it says“ everything” is put under Him, it is obvious that He who puts everything under Him is the exception.

May his name endure forever; as long as the sun shines, may his fame increase. May all nations be blessed by him and call him blessed.May the Lord God, the God of Israel, who alone does wonders, be praised.May His glorious name be praised forever; the whole earth is filled with His glory. Amen and amen.

He is also the head of the body, the church; He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, so that He might come to have first place in everything.

Jesus knew that the Father had given everything into His hands, that He had come from God, and that He was going back to God.

He says,“ It is not enough for you to be My Servant raising up the tribes of Jacob and restoring the protected ones of Israel. I will also make you a light for the nations, to be My salvation to the ends of the earth.”This is what the Lord, the Redeemer of Israel, his Holy One, says to one who is despised, to one abhorred by people, to a servant of rulers:“ Kings will see and stand up, and princes will bow down, because of the Lord, who is faithful, the Holy One of Israel— and He has chosen you.”This is what the Lord says: I will answer you in a time of favor, and I will help you in the day of salvation. I will keep you, and I will appoint you to be a covenant for the people, to restore the land, to make them possess the desolate inheritances,

But as for me— poor and in pain— let Your salvation protect me, God.I will praise God’s name with song and exalt Him with thanksgiving.

“ In the days of those kings, the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed, and this kingdom will not be left to another people. It will crush all these kingdoms and bring them to an end, but will itself endure forever.You saw a stone break off from the mountain without a hand touching it, and it crushed the iron, bronze, fired clay, silver, and gold. The great God has told the king what will happen in the future. The dream is true, and its interpretation certain.”

I will put hostility between you and the woman, and between your seed and her seed. He will strike your head, and you will strike his heel.
