as you hold firmly to the word of life. And then I will be able to boast on the day of Christ that I did not run or labor in vain.

You will shine as you hold on tight to the word of life. Then I will be able to boast about you on the day Christ returns. I can be happy that I didn’t run or work for nothing.

But what does it say?“ The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart”( that is, the word of faith which we preach):that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.For the Scripture says,“ Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.”For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him.For“ whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written:“ How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, Who bring glad tidings of good things!”But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah says,“ Lord, who has believed our report?”

O God, You have taught me from my youth; And to this day I declare Your wondrous works.

Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.But shun profane and idle babblings, for they will increase to more ungodliness.And their message will spread like cancer. Hymenaeus and Philetus are of this sort,

that your rejoicing for me may be more abundant in Jesus Christ by my coming to you again.Only let your conduct be worthy of the gospel of Christ, so that whether I come and see you or am absent, I may hear of your affairs, that you stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel,

“ Also I say to you, whoever confesses Me before men, him the Son of Man also will confess before the angels of God.

And I went up by revelation, and communicated to them that gospel which I preach among the Gentiles, but privately to those who were of reputation, lest by any means I might run, or had run, in vain.

For this reason, when I could no longer endure it, I sent to know your faith, lest by some means the tempter had tempted you, and our labor might be in vain.

For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Is it not even you in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at His coming?

I have proclaimed the good news of righteousness In the great assembly; Indeed, I do not restrain my lips, O Lord, You Yourself know.

“ Men and brethren, sons of the family of Abraham, and those among you who fear God, to you the word of this salvation has been sent.

I am afraid for you, lest I have labored for you in vain.

And the Spirit and the bride say,“ Come!” And let him who hears say,“ Come!” And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely.

“ Whatever I tell you in the dark, speak in the light; and what you hear in the ear, preach on the housetops.
