as you hold firmly to the word of life. And then I will be able to boast on the day of Christ that I did not run or labor in vain.

You will shine as you hold on tight to the word of life. Then I will be able to boast about you on the day Christ returns. I can be happy that I didn’t run or work for nothing.

But I myself said: I have labored in vain, I have spent my strength for nothing and futility; yet my vindication is with the Lord, and my reward is with my God.

On the contrary, what does it say? The message is near you, in your mouth and in your heart. This is the message of faith that we proclaim:If you confess with your mouth,“ Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.One believes with the heart, resulting in righteousness, and one confesses with the mouth, resulting in salvation.Now the Scripture says, Everyone who believes on Him will not be put to shame,for there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, since the same Lord of all is rich to all who call on Him.For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.But how can they call on Him they have not believed in? And how can they believe without hearing about Him? And how can they hear without a preacher?And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: How beautiful are the feet of those who announce the gospel of good things!But all did not obey the gospel. For Isaiah says, Lord, who has believed our message?

God, You have taught me from my youth, and I still proclaim Your wonderful works.

Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who doesn’t need to be ashamed, correctly teaching the word of truth.But avoid irreverent, empty speech, for this will produce an even greater measure of godlessness.And their word will spread like gangrene; Hymenaeus and Philetus are among them.

so that, because of me, your confidence may grow in Christ Jesus when I come to you again.Just one thing: Live your life in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ. Then, whether I come and see you or am absent, I will hear about you that you are standing firm in one spirit, with one mind, working side by side for the faith that comes from the gospel,

For who is our hope or joy or crown of boasting in the presence of our Lord Jesus at His coming? Is it not you?

I proclaim righteousness in the great assembly; see, I do not keep my mouth closed— as You know, Lord.

“ Brothers, sons of Abraham’s race, and those among you who fear God, the message of this salvation has been sent to us.

I am fearful for you, that perhaps my labor for you has been wasted.

Both the Spirit and the bride say,“ Come!” Anyone who hears should say,“ Come!” And the one who is thirsty should come. Whoever desires should take the living water as a gift.

What I tell you in the dark, speak in the light. What you hear in a whisper, proclaim on the housetops.
