Just as you drank on my holy hill, so all the nations will drink continually; they will drink and drink and be as if they had never been.

You Edomites made my holy mountain of Zion impure by drinking and celebrating there. So all the nations will drink from the cup of my anger. And they will keep on drinking from it. They will vanish. It will be as if they had never existed.

For as you have drunk on my holy mountain, so all the nations shall drink continually; they shall drink and swallow, and shall be as though they had never been.

Just as you swallowed up my people on my holy mountain, so you and the surrounding nations will swallow the punishment I pour out on you. Yes, all you nations will drink and stagger and disappear from history.

你的主耶和华，为子民辩屈的神如此说：“看哪！我已经从你手中拿走了使人踉跄的杯，就是我怒火的杯盏，你绝不会再喝它了。我要把它放在那些折磨你的人手中；他们曾对你说：‘趴下，让我们踩着你过去！’你就把自己的背当作地面、当作街道，任人踩着过去。”

因为时候到了，审判要从神的家开始。如果先从我们开始，那么，那些不肯信从神福音的人会有什么样的结局呢？

攻打亚利伊勒的万国众军，所有攻打亚利伊勒和它要塞的，以及使它受困苦的，都必像一场梦幻，又如夜间的异象——他们像饥饿的人在梦中吃饭，醒来后仍然饥饿；又像口渴的人在梦中喝水，醒来后仍然口渴、发昏。攻打锡安山的万国众军也必如此。

万民哪，你们必被打破，必被击碎！远方的众人哪，当倾听！你们束腰吧，也终必被击碎；你们束腰吧，也终必被击碎！你们筹谋吧，也终必遭挫败；你们开口吧，也终必不成立！因为神与我们同在！

原来在耶和华的手中有杯，杯中酒泛着泡沫，充满混合物；他倒出酒，地上所有的恶人都必须喝，甚至连杯中的渣滓都要喝尽！至于我，我要永远宣扬他的作为，并歌颂雅各的神。

然而耶和华如此说：“就算是勇士的俘虏，也必被夺回；强横者的掳物，也必被救出。与你争斗的，我必亲自与他争斗；至于你的儿女，我必亲自拯救。我要使欺负你的人吃他们自己的肉；他们必醉饮自己的血，如同醉饮甜酒。那时，一切有血肉的就都知道：我是耶和华，是你的拯救者，是你的救赎主，是雅各的大能者。”

“我静默不言，沉默克制，已经很久了；但现在我要大喊，像临产的妇人那样急促呼吸、喘气。
