And the priest shall write these curses in a book, and he shall blot[ them] out with the bitter water:

“祭司要写这咒诅的话，将所写的字抹在苦水里，

“祭司要把这诅咒写在册上，然后用苦水涂去，

「祭司要把這詛咒寫在冊上，然後用苦水塗去，

祭司要把這咒詛寫在書卷上，再放在苦水裡把字洗掉。

“祭司要把這些咒詛的話寫在卷上，又把所寫的字洗在苦水裡，

『祭司要把這咒詛的話寫在卷冊上，又在苦水裏抹掉；

祭司必書此詛於簡、塗其文於苦水、

祭司必書此詛於簡、以苦水塗抺其上、

祭司以咒詛之言、書之於紙、以所書之字、塗抹於苦水中、

“‘ The priest is to write these curses on a scroll and then wash them off into the bitter water.

“‘ The priest must write the curses on a scroll. He must wash them off in the bitter water.

“ Then the priest shall write these curses in a book and wash them off into the water of bitterness.

And the priest will write these curses on a piece of leather and wash them off into the bitter water.

“ Then the priest is to write these curses on a scroll and wash them off into the bitter water.

‘ The priest shall then write these curses on a scroll, and he shall wash them off into the water of bitterness.

‘ Then the priest shall write these curses in a book, and he shall scrape them off into the bitter water.

And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is[ the book] of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, thy transgressions, and, as a cloud, thy sins: return unto me; for I have redeemed thee.

Oh that one would hear me! behold, my desire[ is, that] the Almighty would answer me, and[ that] mine adversary had written a book.

I,[ even] I,[ am] he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins.

Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;

And the LORD said unto Moses, Write this[ for] a memorial in a book, and rehearse[ it] in the ears of Joshua: for I will utterly put out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven.

Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions.

Thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will bring evil upon this place, and upon the inhabitants thereof,[ even] all the curses that are written in the book which they have read before the king of Judah:

The salutation of[ me] Paul with mine own hand.If any man love not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be Anathema Maranatha.

So Jeremiah wrote in a book all the evil that should come upon Babylon,[ even] all these words that are written against Babylon.And Jeremiah said to Seraiah, When thou comest to Babylon, and shalt see, and shalt read all these words;Then shalt thou say, O LORD, thou hast spoken against this place, to cut it off, that none shall remain in it, neither man nor beast, but that it shall be desolate for ever.And it shall be, when thou hast made an end of reading this book,[ that] thou shalt bind a stone to it, and cast it into the midst of Euphrates:And thou shalt say, Thus shall Babylon sink, and shall not rise from the evil that I will bring upon her: and they shall be weary. Thus far[ are] the words of Jeremiah.

Now therefore write ye this song for you, and teach it the children of Israel: put it in their mouths, that this song may be a witness for me against the children of Israel.

Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities.
