“‘ The priest shall bring her and have her stand before the Lord.

“‘ The priest must have her stand in front of the Lord.

“ And the priest shall bring her near and set her before the Lord.

“ The priest will then present her to stand trial before the Lord.

“ The priest is to bring her forward and have her stand before the LORD.

I, Jehovah, search the mind, I try the heart, even to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his doings.

Behold, I cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of her works.And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he that searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto each one of you according to your works.

Let marriage be had in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled: for fornicators and adulterers God will judge.

If his oblation be a burnt- offering of the herd, he shall offer it a male without blemish: he shall offer it at the door of the tent of meeting, that he may be accepted before Jehovah.
