他們又說：“如果我們在你眼前蒙恩，求你把這地給你的僕人作產業，不要叫我們過約旦河。”

如果你们恩待我们，请将这些地方赐给我们作产业，别让我们过约旦河了。”

他们又说：“如果我们在你眼前蒙恩，求你把这地给你的仆人作产业，不要叫我们过约旦河。”

又說：「我們若在你眼前蒙恩，求你把這地給我們為業，不要領我們過約旦河。」

他們說：『我們若在你面前蒙恩，求你把這地給你僕人為產業；不要領我們過約但河。』

如沾爾恩、請以斯地錫我為業、毋庸攜我渡約但、

倘得沾恩、請以斯地錫我為業、毋庸我渡約但。

如於爾前蒙恩、求以此地賜我為業、莫使我渡約但、

If we have found favor in your eyes,” they said,“ let this land be given to your servants as our possession. Do not make us cross the Jordan.”

We hope you are pleased with us,” they continued.“ If you are, please give us this land. Then it will belong to us. But don’t make us go across the Jordan River.”

And they said,“ If we have found favor in your sight, let this land be given to your servants for a possession. Do not take us across the Jordan.”

If we have found favor with you, please let us have this land as our property instead of giving us land across the Jordan River.”

They said,“ If we have found favor with you, let this land be given to your servants as a possession. Don’t make us cross the Jordan.”

And they said,“ If we have found favor in your sight, let this land be given to your servants as our property; do not take us across the Jordan.”

Therefore they said,“ If we have found favor in your sight, let this land be given to your servants as a possession. Do not take us over the Jordan.”

And they said, If we have found favor in thy sight, let this land be given unto thy servants for a possession; bring us not over the Jordan.

They said,“ If we have found favor in your sight, let this land be given to your servants as a possession. Don’t make us cross the Jordan.”

Wherefore, said they, if we have found grace in thy sight, let this land be given unto thy servants for a possession,[ and] bring us not over Jordan.

So they said,“ If we have found favor in your sight, let this land be given to your servants for our inheritance. Do not have us cross the Jordan River.”

They said,“ If we have found favor in your sight, let this land be given to your servants for a possession. Don’t bring us over the Jordan.”

約書亞說：“唉！主耶和華啊，你為甚麼領這人民過約旦河，為要把我們交在亞摩利人的手中，使我們滅亡呢？我們寧願住在約旦河那邊倒好。

大衛再起誓說：“你父親一定知道我在你眼中蒙恩，就心裡想：‘不要讓約拿單知道這事，免得他傷心。’可是，我指著永活的耶和華，又指著你的性命起誓，我離死只差一步。”

求你讓我過去，看看約旦河西的美地，就是那美好的山地和黎巴嫩。’但耶和華為了你們的緣故，向我發怒，不聽我的懇求；耶和華對我說：‘罷了，不要向我再提這事了。

約押就面伏於地，叩拜王，為王祝福；又說：“今天你僕人知道在我主我王眼前蒙了恩寵，因為王成全了你僕人所求的。”

路得就俯伏在地叩拜，對他說：“我是個外族人，為甚麼會在你眼前蒙恩，蒙你關照呢？”

看哪，你僕人既然在你眼前蒙恩，你又向我大施慈愛，救活我的性命；可是我還逃不到山上，恐怕這災禍就追上了我，我就死了。

王見王后以斯帖站在院內，就對她施恩，向她伸出手中的金杖，以斯帖就上前摸杖頭。

耶和華這樣說：“在刀劍下倖存的人民，在曠野蒙受了恩寵；以色列來到她安息之處。”

因為你們的緣故，耶和華也向我發怒，說：‘你也不能進入那地；
