摩押人對米甸的長老說：“現在這群人要吞併我們四周的一切，好像牛吞吃田間的草一樣。”那時西撥的兒子巴勒，作摩押王；

对米甸的长老说：“现在这众人要把我们四围所有的一概舔尽，就如牛舔尽田间的草一般。”那时西拨的儿子巴勒作摩押王。

摩押对米甸的长老说：“现在这群人要舔尽我们四围的一切，好像牛舔尽田间的草一样。”那时，西拨的儿子巴勒作摩押王。

摩押对米甸的长老说：“现在这群人要舔尽我们四围的一切，好像牛舔尽田间的草一样。”那时，西拨的儿子巴勒作摩押王。

对米甸的长老说：“这群人将吞掉我们周围的一切，如同牛吃光田间的草一样。”那时，西拨的儿子巴勒做摩押王。

摩押人对米甸的长老说：“现在这群人要吞并我们四周的一切，好像牛吞吃田间的草一样。”那时西拨的儿子巴勒，作摩押王；

對米甸的長老說：「現在這眾人要把我們四圍所有的一概餂盡，就如牛餂盡田間的草一般。」那時西撥的兒子巴勒作摩押王。

摩押對米甸的長老說：「現在這羣人要舔盡我們四圍的一切，好像牛舔盡田間的草一樣。」那時，西撥的兒子巴勒作摩押王。

摩押對米甸的長老說：「現在這羣人要舔盡我們四圍的一切，好像牛舔盡田間的草一樣。」那時，西撥的兒子巴勒作摩押王。

對米甸的長老說：「這群人將吞掉我們周圍的一切，如同牛吃光田間的草一樣。」那時，西撥的兒子巴勒做摩押王。

摩押人對米甸的長老說：『現在這一集團要把我們四圍所有的一概餂盡、就像牛餂盡田野的青草一般。』那時西撥的兒子巴勒做摩押王；

告米甸長老曰、此眾將吞我四方、如牛嚙田野之草、時、西撥子巴勒為摩押王、

告米田長老曰、此族眾多、並吞四方、如牛嚙草、

摩押人謂米甸諸長老曰、今此眾必以我四圍所有、盡行吞食、如牛之囓盡田間草萊然、當是時、西撥子巴勒為摩押王、

The Moabites said to the elders of Midian,“ This horde is going to lick up everything around us, as an ox licks up the grass of the field.” So Balak son of Zippor, who was king of Moab at that time,

The Moabites spoke to the elders of Midian. They said,“ This huge mob is going to destroy everything around us. They’ll lick it up as an ox licks up all the grass in the fields.” Balak, the son of Zippor, was the king of Moab at that time.

And Moab said to the elders of Midian,“ This horde will now lick up all that is around us, as the ox licks up the grass of the field.” So Balak the son of Zippor, who was king of Moab at that time,

The king of Moab said to the elders of Midian,“ This mob will devour everything in sight, like an ox devours grass in the field!” So Balak, king of Moab,

So the Moabites said to the elders of Midian,“ This horde will devour everything around us like an ox eats up the green plants in the field.” Since Balak son of Zippor was Moab’s king at that time,

Moab said to the elders of Midian,“ Now this horde will eat up all that is around us, as the ox eats up the grass of the field!” And Balak the son of Zippor was king of Moab at that time.

So Moab said to the elders of Midian,“ Now this company will lick up everything around us, as an ox licks up the grass of the field.” And Balak the son of Zippor was king of the Moabites at that time.

And Moab said unto the elders of Midian, Now will this multitude lick up all that is round about us, as the ox licketh up the grass of the field. And Balak the son of Zippor was king of Moab at that time.

So the Moabites said to the elders of Midian,“ This horde will devour everything around us like an ox eats up the green plants in the field.” Since Balak son of Zippor was Moab’s king at that time,

And Moab said unto the elders of Midian, Now shall this company lick up all[ that are] round about us, as the ox licketh up the grass of the field. And Balak the son of Zippor[ was] king of the Moabites at that time.

So the Moabites said to the elders of Midian,“ Now this mass of people will lick up everything around us, as the bull devours the grass of the field. Now Balak son of Zippor was king of the Moabites at this time.

Moab said to the elders of Midian,“ Now this multitude will lick up all that is around us, as the ox licks up the grass of the field.” Balak the son of Zippor was king of Moab at that time.

那被殺的米甸女子，名叫哥斯比，是蘇珥的女兒；這蘇珥是米甸一個家族的族長。耶和華對摩西說：“你要擾害米甸人，打擊他們；因為他們用詭計擾害你們；在毗珥的事上，和他們的姊妹，米甸領袖的女兒哥斯比的事上，用詭計欺騙了你們。”這哥斯比在瘟疫的日子，因毗珥的事被殺了。

在那些被殺的人以外，還殺了米甸的五個王，就是以未、利金、蘇珥、戶珥和利巴；又用刀殺了比珥的兒子巴蘭。

我看見他，卻不是現在；我望見他，卻不是近處；必有一星從雅各而出，必有一杖從以色列興起；他必打碎摩押的額角，粉碎一切舍特人的頭頂。

以色列人向亞摩利人所行的一切事，西撥的兒子巴勒都看見了。

現在難道你比摩押王西撥的兒子巴勒還強嗎？他曾經與以色列人爭競嗎？或是與以色列人交戰過嗎？

摩押境內一切房頂上和廣場上，處處都有哀哭的聲音；因為我擊碎了摩押，好像打碎沒有人要的器皿。”這是耶和華的宣告。

平原上所有的城和亞摩利人的王西宏的全國。這西宏曾經在希實本作王，摩西把他和米甸的首領以未、利金、蘇珥、戶珥和利巴都擊殺了。這些都是西宏的王侯，住在那地。在以色列人所殺的人中，比珥的兒子占卜者巴蘭也被他們用刀所殺。

摩押的長老和米甸的長老，手裡帶著占卜的禮金去了；他們到了巴蘭那裡，把巴勒的話告訴他。
