巴勒對巴蘭說：“我不是急切地派人到你那裡去請你嗎？你為甚麼不到我這裡來呢？難道我不能使你得尊榮嗎？”

巴勒对巴兰说：“我不是急急地打发人到你那里去召你吗？你为何不到我这里来呢？我岂不能使你得尊荣吗？”

巴勒对巴兰说：“我不是急切地派人到你那里去召你吗？你为何不到我这里来呢？我岂不能使你得尊荣吗？”

巴勒对巴兰说：“我不是急切地派人到你那里去召你吗？你为何不到我这里来呢？我岂不能使你得尊荣吗？”

巴勒对巴兰说：“上次派人请你，你为何不肯来？难道我不能给你重赏吗？”

巴勒对巴兰说：“我不是急切地派人到你那里去请你吗？你为什么不到我这里来呢？难道我不能使你得尊荣吗？”

巴勒對巴蘭說：「我不是急急地打發人到你那裏去召你嗎？你為何不到我這裏來呢？我豈不能使你得尊榮嗎？」

巴勒對巴蘭說：「我不是急切地派人到你那裏去召你嗎？你為何不到我這裏來呢？我豈不能使你得尊榮嗎？」

巴勒對巴蘭說：「我不是急切地派人到你那裏去召你嗎？你為何不到我這裏來呢？我豈不能使你得尊榮嗎？」

巴勒對巴蘭說：「上次派人請你，你為何不肯來？難道我不能給你重賞嗎？」

巴勒對巴蘭說：『我不是迫切打發人到你那裏去請你麼？為甚麼你不到我這裏來呢？難道我果真不能使你得榮顯麼？』

巴勒謂巴蘭曰、我非特遣使召爾乎、爾曷不至、我豈不能舉爾致尊顯乎、

巴勒謂巴蘭曰、我遣使召爾、爾曷不至、我豈不能以尊顯加爾。

巴勒謂巴蘭曰、我遣使召爾、爾何不至、我豈不能尊榮爾乎、

Balak said to Balaam,“ Did I not send you an urgent summons? Why didn’t you come to me? Am I really not able to reward you?”

Balak said to Balaam,“ Didn’t I send messengers to you? I wanted you to come quickly. So why didn’t you come? I can make you very rich.”

And Balak said to Balaam,“ Did I not send to you to call you? Why did you not come to me? Am I not able to honor you?”

“ Didn’t I send you an urgent invitation? Why didn’t you come right away?” Balak asked Balaam.“ Didn’t you believe me when I said I would reward you richly?”

Balak asked Balaam,“ Did I not send you an urgent summons? Why didn’t you come to me? Am I really not able to reward you?”

Then Balak said to Balaam,“ Did I not urgently send word to you to call for you? Why did you not come to me? Am I really unable to honor you?”

Then Balak said to Balaam,“ Did I not earnestly send to you, calling for you? Why did you not come to me? Am I not able to honor you?”

And Balak said unto Balaam, Did I not earnestly send unto thee to call thee? wherefore camest thou not unto me? am I not able indeed to promote thee to honor?

Balak asked Balaam,“ Did I not send you an urgent summons? Why didn’t you come to me? Am I really not able to reward you?”

And Balak said unto Balaam, Did I not earnestly send unto thee to call thee? wherefore camest thou not unto me? am I not able indeed to promote thee to honour?

Balak said to Balaam,“ Did I not send again and again to you to summon you? Why did you not come to me? Am I not able to honor you?”

Balak said to Balaam,“ Didn’t I earnestly send for you to summon you? Why didn’t you come to me? Am I not able indeed to promote you to honor?”

現在你逃回你的地方去吧；我說過我要大大地使你得尊榮，但是耶和華阻止你使你不得尊榮。”

他們來到巴蘭那裡，對他說：“西撥的兒子巴勒這樣說：‘求你不要推辭不到我這裡來，因為我必使你大得尊榮；你向我說甚麼，我都照辦；只求你替我咒詛這民。’”

最後，魔鬼帶耶穌上了一座極高的山，把世界各國和各國的榮華都指給他看。並且對他說：“你只要跪下來拜我，我就把這一切都給你。”

你們彼此接受稱讚，卻不尋求從獨一的神而來的稱讚，怎麼能信呢？

高升不是從東面來，不是從西面來，也不是曠野來，

對他說：“這一切權柄、榮華，我都可以給你；因為這些都交給了我，我願意給誰就給誰。
