He and Aaron gathered the assembly together in front of the rock and Moses said to them,“ Listen, you rebels, must we bring you water out of this rock?”

Then he and Aaron summoned the people to come and gather at the rock.“ Listen, you rebels!” he shouted.“ Must we bring you water from this rock?”

他們在米利巴水又惹耶和華發怒，甚至摩西也因他們的緣故受虧損，是因他們觸怒了他的靈，摩西就用嘴說了急躁的話。

他的門徒雅各和約翰看見了，就說：「主啊！你要我們吩咐火從天上降下來，燒滅他們嗎？」耶穌轉身責備兩個門徒。

他聽保羅講道；保羅定睛看他，見他有信心，可得痊癒，就大聲說：「起來！兩腳站直。」那人就跳起來，開始行走。眾人看見保羅所做的事，就用呂高尼話大聲說：「有神明藉着人形降臨在我們中間了。」於是他們稱巴拿巴為宙斯，稱保羅為希耳米，因為他總是帶頭說話。城外有宙斯廟的祭司牽着牛，拿着花環，來到門前，要同眾人一起獻祭。巴拿巴和保羅二位使徒聽見，就撕開衣裳，跳進眾人中間，喊着：「諸位，為甚麼做這些事呢？我們也是人，性情和你們一樣。我們傳福音給你們，是要你們離棄這些虛妄的事，歸向那創造天、地、海和其中萬物的永生的上帝。

可見，栽種的算不了甚麼，澆灌的也算不了甚麼；惟有上帝能使它生長。

這時，保羅對他說：「你這粉飾的牆，上帝要打你！你坐堂是要按律法審問我，你竟違背律法，命令人打我嗎？」站在旁邊的人說：「你竟敢辱罵上帝的大祭司嗎？」保羅說：「弟兄們，我不知道他是大祭司；因為經上記着：『不可毀謗你百姓的官長。』」

自從我認識你們的日子以來，你們常常悖逆耶和華。

只有那在天上的上帝能顯明奧祕。他已把日後將要發生的事指示尼布甲尼撒王。你在床上做的夢和你腦中的異象是這樣：你，王啊，你在床上所思想的是關乎日後的事，那顯明奧祕的主已把將來要發生的事指示你。至於我，那奧祕顯明給我，並非因我智慧勝過一切活着的人，而是為了讓王知道夢的解釋，知道你心裏的意念。

所以，有關上帝面前的事奉，我在基督耶穌裏是有可誇的。除了基督藉我做的那些事，我甚麼都不敢提，只提他藉我的言語作為，用神蹟奇事的能力，並上帝的靈的能力，使外邦人順服；甚至我從耶路撒冷，直轉到以利哩古，到處傳了基督的福音。

原來我們在許多事上都有過失；若有人在言語上沒有過失，他就是完全的人，也能勒住自己的全身。

即使生氣也不要犯罪；不可含怒到日落，

彼得看見，就對百姓說：「以色列人哪，為甚麼因這事而驚訝呢？為甚麼定睛看我們，以為我們憑自己的能力和虔誠使這人行走呢？亞伯拉罕的上帝、以撒的上帝、雅各的上帝，就是我們列祖的上帝，已經榮耀了他的僕人耶穌，這耶穌就是你們交付官府的那位，彼拉多決定要釋放他時，你們卻在彼拉多面前棄絕了他。你們棄絕了那聖潔公義者，反而要求釋放一個兇手給你們。你們殺了那生命的創始者，上帝卻叫他從死人中復活；我們都是這事的見證人。因信他的名，他的名使你們所看見所認識的這人健壯了；正是他所賜的信心使這人在你們眾人面前完全好了。

約瑟回答法老說：「這不在乎我。上帝必應允法老平安。」

他們對他說：「我們各自做了一個夢，卻沒有人能講解。」約瑟對他們說：「解夢不是出於上帝嗎？請你們把夢告訴我。」

難道宰了羊羣牛羣，就夠給他們嗎？或者把海中所有的魚都捕來，就夠給他們嗎？」耶和華對摩西說：「耶和華的膀臂豈是縮短了嗎？現在你要看我的話向你應驗不應驗。」

但是我告訴你們：凡向弟兄動怒的，必須受審判；凡罵弟兄是廢物的，必須受議會的審判；凡罵弟兄是白痴的，必須遭受地獄的火。
