爾衣有繸、觀之可憶主之諸命、遵之而行、不隨心目所欲、即素迷爾從邪者、

You will have these tassels to look at and so you will remember all the commands of the Lord, that you may obey them and not prostitute yourselves by chasing after the lusts of your own hearts and eyes.

You will have the tassels to look at. They will remind you to obey all the Lord’ s commands. Then you will be faithful to him. You will not chase after what your own hearts and eyes wish for.

And it shall be a tassel for you to look at and remember all the commandments of the Lord, to do them, not to follow after your own heart and your own eyes, which you are inclined to whore after.

When you see the tassels, you will remember and obey all the commands of the Lord instead of following your own desires and defiling yourselves, as you are prone to do.

These will serve as tassels for you to look at, so that you may remember all the LORD’s commands and obey them and not prostitute yourselves by following your own heart and your own eyes.

那些逃脫的人，必在被擄所到的各國中記得我，我心裏何等傷痛，因他們起淫心，離棄我，淫蕩的眼追隨偶像。他們因所做一切可憎的惡事，必厭惡自己。

看哪，遠離你的，必要死亡；凡離棄你行淫的，你都滅絕了。

心中自以為是的，就是愚昧人；憑智慧行事的，必蒙拯救。

我兒啊，不要忘記我的教誨，你的心要謹守我的命令，

這樣，他們被自己所做的玷污了，在行為上犯了淫亂。

我的腳步若偏離正路，我的心若隨從我眼目，我的手掌若黏有污穢；

年輕人哪，你在年少時當快樂；在年輕時使你的心歡暢，做你心所願做的，看你眼所愛看的；卻要知道，為這一切，神必審問你。

「你們要將我這些話存在心裏，留在意念中，繫在手上作記號，戴在額上作經匣。你們也要將這些話教導你們的兒女，無論坐在家裏，行在路上，躺下，起來，都要講論，又要寫在房屋的門框上和你的城門上。這樣，你們和你們子孫的日子必在耶和華向你們列祖起誓要給他們的地上得以增多，如天地之長久。

你不可與那地的居民立約，因為他們隨從自己的神明行淫；祭他們神明的時候，有人邀請你參加，你就會吃他的祭物。你為你兒子娶他們的女兒為妻，他們的女兒因着隨從她們的神明行淫，就引誘你的兒子也隨從她們的神明行淫。

反隨從自己頑梗的心行事，照他們祖先所教訓的隨從諸巴力。」

這要在你手上作記號，在你額上作紀念，使耶和華的教導常在你口中，因為耶和華用大能的手將你從埃及領出來。

你們若不聽從耶和華－你們神的誡命，偏離我今日所吩咐你們的道，去隨從你們所不認識的別神，就必受詛咒。當耶和華－你的神領你進入要得為業的那地，你就要在基利心山上宣佈祝福，在以巴路山上宣佈詛咒。這二座山豈不是在約旦河的那邊，日落的方向，在住亞拉巴的迦南人之地，吉甲的前面，靠近摩利橡樹嗎？你們過約旦河，進去得耶和華－你們的神所賜你們為業之地；當你們佔領它，在那地居住的時候，你們要謹守遵行我今日在你們面前頒佈的一切律例典章。」

我今日吩咐你的這些話都要記在心上，也要殷勤教導你的兒女。無論你坐在家裏，走在路上，躺下，起來，都要吟誦。要繫在手上作記號，戴在額上作經匣；又要寫在你房屋的門框上和你的城門上。

你們要謹慎，免得忘記耶和華－你們的神與你們所立的約，為自己雕刻任何形狀的偶像，就是耶和華－你神所禁止的，

你們這些淫亂的人哪，豈不知道與世俗為友就是與神為敵嗎？所以，凡想要與世俗為友的，就是與神為敵了。

你要謹慎，免得你忘記領你從埃及地為奴之家出來的耶和華。

這樣的人聽見這詛咒的話，心裏還慶幸，說：『我雖然隨着頑固的心行事，卻還是平安無事。』以致有水的和無水的都消滅了。

要跟你們的母親理論，理論，－因為她不是我的妻子，我也不是她的丈夫－叫她除掉臉上的淫相和胸間的淫態，
