藐視教言者、必致敗亡、敬畏誡命者、必得善報、

惟犯罪之人必死、子不負父罪、父不負子罪、善人之善歸己、惡人之惡歸已、

若有人聞人發誓、彼雖能證其所見所知、而不欲述之、於是有罪、或作若有人為證者雖聞訟者發誓不欲以所見所聞明告於是有罪

今適主降罰降罰原文作行作之時、因人廢棄主之律法、

我俱迷亡若羊、各行其道、主使我眾之罪愆、任於其身、主使我眾之罪愆任於其身或作主使彼因我眾之罪愆身遭苦難

故凡拒者、非拒人、乃拒天主、即以其聖神賜我儕者、○

彼懸於木、親身負我眾之罪、使我儕既脫罪若死、則可為義而生、蓋彼受鞭撻、而爾得痊愈、

我之罪愆、高於我首、如負重擔、不克擔荷、

藐視我之律例、心厭我之法度、不遵我諸誡命而違我約、

彼等藐視我法度心厭我律例、乃至遠離斯地、使土地於荒涼無人之時、得享安息、直待彼等服罪、

既識義道、竟背所受之聖命、莫若不識之為美、

若有犯摩西律法者、二三人作證、必殺之無赦、況蹂躪天主之子、以使人成聖之約之血為不潔、又侮慢施恩之聖神、爾意其人應受之刑、當如何重哉、

故以色列聖主如是云、爾棄此命、恃強暴、賴偽妄、偽妄或作奸惡之事
