I will come down and speak with you there, and I will take some of the power of the Spirit that is on you and put it on them. They will share the burden of the people with you so that you will not have to carry it alone.

到對岸後，以利亞對以利沙說：「在我被接走之前，你要我為你做什麼？」以利沙說：「請將你的靈加倍地給我。」

但如果上帝的靈住在你們裡面，你們就不再受制於罪惡的本性，而是受聖靈管理。人若沒有基督的靈，就不屬於基督。

耶利哥的先知們從遠處看見他，就說：「以利亞的靈降在以利沙身上了。」他們就上前迎接，俯伏在他面前，

「以後，我要將我的靈澆灌所有的人。你們的兒女要說預言，老人要做異夢，青年要見異象。

讓他們隨時為百姓判案，處理小糾紛，遇到大事才由你審理。有他們分擔你的責任，你會更輕省。

耶和華降臨在西奈山頂，召摩西到山頂，摩西就上去了。

耶和華在雲柱中降臨，站在會幕門口呼喚亞倫和米利暗，二人就走到前面。

你差遣你良善的靈去教導他們，沒有停止賜他們嗎哪吃，也沒有停止賜他們水喝。

耶和華從天上下來，要察看人建造的城和塔。

耶和華說：「必有一位救贖主來到錫安，到雅各那些離棄罪惡的子孫那裡。」耶和華說：「我親自與他們立約，我賜給他們的靈和我放在他們口中的話，必不離開他們和他們的子子孫孫，從現在直到永遠。這是耶和華說的。」

所以，人若拒絕遵行這命令，他不是拒絕人，而是拒絕賜聖靈給你們的上帝。

恩賜各有不同，但聖靈是同一位。事奉各有不同，但主是同一位。工作各有不同，但上帝是同一位，祂在眾人當中成就萬事。聖靈給各人不同的恩賜為要使眾人得益處。這人從聖靈領受智言，那人從聖靈領受知識；聖靈賜這人信心，賜那人醫病的恩賜；聖靈使這人能行神蹟，使那人能作先知講道；使這人能辨別諸靈，使那人能說方言，又使另一人能翻譯方言。這一切都是同一位聖靈所賜的，是祂按自己的旨意分別賜給各人的。

這些人製造分裂，血氣用事，心中沒有聖靈。

上帝說完以後，便離開亞伯拉罕上升而去。

我要用水澆灌乾渴之地，使河流滋潤乾旱之土。我要用我的靈澆灌你的後裔，使我的福澤臨到你的子孫。

耶和華對摩西說：「嫩的兒子約書亞心裡有聖靈，你把他召來，按手在他身上，

除了從天上降下來的人子以外，沒有人到過天上。

到後天都要預備好，因為這一天耶和華要在百姓眼前降臨在西奈山上。

耶穌這話是指信祂的人要得到聖靈，但當時聖靈還沒有降臨，因為耶穌還沒有得到榮耀。

我跟他面對面說話，清清楚楚，不用謎語，他看得見我的形像。你們怎敢批評我的僕人摩西？」

亞伯蘭就俯伏在地，上帝又對他說：

弟兄姊妹，請從你們中間選出七位聲譽良好、被聖靈充滿、有智慧的人來負責膳食，而我們要專心祈禱和傳道。」

你們既因順服真理，潔淨了自己的心，能夠真誠地愛弟兄姊妹，就當以清潔的心彼此切實相愛。

耶和華在雲中降臨和摩西一同站在那裡，宣告祂的名——耶和華。

耶和華跟亞伯拉罕說完話便離開了，亞伯拉罕也回家去了。

耶和華說：「所多瑪和蛾摩拉罪惡深重，人們怨聲載道。我現在要下去看看他們的所作所為是否如所說的那樣邪惡，如果不是，我也會知道。」其中二人轉身向所多瑪走去，亞伯拉罕卻仍舊站在耶和華面前。
