On the twentieth day of the second month of the second year, the cloud lifted from above the tabernacle of the covenant law.

It was the 20th day of the second month of the second year. On that day the cloud began to move. It went up from above the holy tent where the tablets of the covenant law were kept.

第二年正月初一日、帳幕就立起來。

雲彩幾時從帳幕上被收上去，以色列人幾時就往前行；雲彩在甚麼地方停住，以色列人就在甚麼地方紮營。以色列人照永恆主所吩咐的往前行，也照永恆主所吩咐的紮營；儘雲彩在帳幕上頭停住的日子，他們就都住營。就是雲彩在帳幕上頭停留了許多日子，以色列人也守永恆主所吩咐守的、都不往前行。有時候雲彩在帳幕上頭有幾天，他們也是照永恆主所吩咐的來住營，照永恆主所吩咐的往前行。有時候從晚上到早晨有雲彩；早晨雲彩一被收上去，他們就往前行；或者是白晝是黑夜都有雲彩，雲彩一被收上去，他們也就往前行。儘雲彩在帳幕上頭停留的時候、在那上頭停住的或是兩天、或是一個月，或是很多天，以色列人總是住營，不往前行；雲彩一被收上去，他們就往前行。他們照永恆主所吩咐的來紮營，也照永恆主所吩咐的往前行：他們謹守着永恆主所吩咐守的、都是照永恆主、由摩西經手所吩咐的。

他們就在正月十四日、傍晚時分、在西乃曠野舉行逾越節：凡永恆主所吩咐摩西的、以色列人都照樣行。

『正月初一日，你要把會棚的帳幕立起來。

那麼他們就要在二月十四日傍晚時分舉行，要拌着無酵餅和苦菜喫。

以色列人出埃及地以後，第二年二月一日、永恆主在西乃的曠野、在會棚中告訴摩西說：
