全体负责歌唱的利未人和亚萨、希幔、耶杜顿，以及他们的儿子和亲族，都穿着细麻布的衣服，站在祭坛的东边，敲钹、鼓瑟、弹琴；和他们在一起的，还有一百二十个祭司吹号；吹号的和歌唱的都一致同声地赞美称谢耶和华。他们吹号、敲钹，用各种乐器高声赞美耶和华，说：“耶和华是良善的，他的慈爱永远长存。”那时云彩充满了那殿，就是耶和华的殿。

“你要告诉以色列人：七月初一，你们必须完全休歇，要吹号筒作记念，应当有圣会。

你们在本地与欺压你们的仇敌作战的时候，就要吹大声，使你们在耶和华你们的神面前得蒙记念，也得拯救脱离你们的仇敌。

“‘七月第一日，你们要有圣会；什么劳碌的工都不可作。这是你们吹角的日子。

示巴尼、约沙法、拿坦业、亚玛赛、撒迦利雅、比拿亚和以利以谢几位祭司，在神的约柜前吹号；俄别．以东和耶希亚也作看守约柜的人。

还有拿着号筒的祭司：约拿单的儿子撒迦利亚；约拿单是示玛雅的儿子，示玛雅是玛他尼的儿子，玛他尼是米该亚的儿子，米该亚是撒刻的儿子，撒刻是亚萨的儿子；

所以，你们应该用这些话彼此劝慰。

这样，以色列人欢呼、吹角、吹号、敲钹、鼓瑟、弹琴，大声奏乐，把耶和华的约柜抬了上来。

亚伦进入圣所的时候，要把作决断用的胸牌，上面有以色列众子的名字，带在胸前，在耶和华面前常作记念。

祝谢了，就擘开，说：“这是我的身体，为你们擘开的；你们应当这样行，为的是记念我。”饭后，照样拿起杯来，说：“这杯是用我的血所立的新约，你们每逢喝的时候，应当这样行，为的是记念我。”你们每逢吃这饼，喝这杯，就是宣扬主的死，直等到他来。

要吹角赞美他，要鼓瑟弹琴赞美他。

他定睛一看，害怕起来，说：“主啊，什么事？”天使说：“你的祷告和善行，已经达到神面前，蒙他记念了。

你们就可以告诉他们：‘这是因为约旦河的水在耶和华的约柜前被截断了；约柜过约旦河的时候，约旦河的水被截断了。所以这些石头要给以色列人作记念，直到永远。’”

到那日，必有大号角吹响，那些在亚述地快要灭亡的，以及那些被赶散在埃及地的，都要前来，在耶路撒冷的圣山上敬拜耶和华。

要弹琴歌颂耶和华，要用琴和歌声歌颂他；要用号筒和号角的声音，在大君王耶和华面前欢呼。

希幔、耶杜顿和他们一起吹号敲钹，以及演奏各种乐器，大声歌颂神。耶杜顿的子孙负责守门。

在七月初十，你要吹角，在赎罪日，角声要响遍你的全地。你们要把第五十年分别为圣，向全地所有居民宣布自由；这一年是你们的禧年，你们各人要归回自己的地业，归回自己的父家。

晓得向你欢呼的人民是有福的，耶和华啊！他们在你的脸光中行走。

唉！口渴的人哪！你们都就近水来吧。没有银钱的，你们也要来，买了就吃。你们要来，买酒和奶，不用银子，也不用付代价。你们为什么用银子去买那不是食物的呢？为什么用你们劳碌得来的去买那不能使人饱足的呢？你们要留心听我的话，就可以吃美物，使你们的心灵享受肥甘。你们要侧耳而听，要到我这里来；你们要听，就可以存活；我必与你们立永远的约，就是应许赐给大卫的那确实的慈爱。看哪！我已经立了他作万族的见证人，为万族的首领和司令。

你要从以色列人收取这赎银，指定作会幕事奉的使用，好使它在耶和华面前为以色列人作个记念，也赎回你们的性命。”

圣灵和新娘都说：“来！”听见的人也要说：“来！”口渴的人也要来！愿意的人都要白白接受生命的水！

因为主必亲自从天降临，那时，有发令的声音，有天使长的呼声，还有神的号声，那些在基督里死了的人必先复活；

你们所有劳苦担重担的人哪，到我这里来吧！我必使你们得安息。
