我也知道，在我里头，就是我肉体之中，没有良善。因为，立志为善由得我，只是行出来由不得我。

我儿，你要吃蜜，因为是好的；吃蜂房下滴的蜜便觉甘甜。你心得了智慧，也必觉得如此。你若找着，至终必有善报；你的指望也不致断绝。

耶和华的训词正直，能快活人的心；耶和华的命令清洁，能明亮人的眼目。耶和华的道理洁净，存到永远；耶和华的典章真实，全然公义。都比金子可羡慕，且比极多的精金可羡慕；比蜜甘甜，且比蜂房下滴的蜜甘甜。况且你的仆人因此受警戒，守着这些便有大赏。

他嘴唇的命令，我未曾背弃；我看重他口中的言语，过于我需用的饮食。

智慧必入你心；你的灵要以知识为美。谋略必护卫你；聪明必保守你，

耶和华万军之神啊，我得着你的言语就当食物吃了；你的言语是我心中的欢喜快乐，因我是称为你名下的人。
