Then I consulted with myself, and contended with the nobles and the rulers, and said to them,“ You exact usury, everyone of his brother.” I held a great assembly against them.

“我的子民中有困苦人在你那里，你若借钱给他，不可如放债的向他取利息。

不可向他取利息，也不可向他索取高利；要敬畏你的神，使你的弟兄与你一同生活。

“你借给你弟兄的，无论是钱财是粮食，或任何可生利息的财物，都不可取利。借给外邦人可以取利，但借给你的弟兄就不可取利；好让耶和华—你的神在你去得为业的地上和你手里所做的一切，赐福给你。

“你们审判的时候，不可不公正；不可偏护贫穷人，也不可看重有权势人的脸，总要公平审判你的邻舍。

豁免的方式是这样：凡债主要把手里所借给邻舍的全豁免，不可向邻舍和弟兄追讨，因为耶和华的豁免已经宣告了。你可以向外邦人追讨；但你弟兄欠你的，无论是什么，你都要放手豁免。

他对审判官说：“你们应当谨慎所做的事，因为你们审判不是为人，而是为耶和华。在审判的事上，他必与你们同在。现在，你们应当敬畏耶和华，谨慎办事，因为耶和华—我们的神没有不义，不看人的情面，也不受贿赂。”

他不放债取利，不受贿赂以害无辜。做这些事的人必永不动摇。

“你借给邻舍，无论是什么，不可进他家拿抵押品。要站在外面，等那借贷的人把抵押品拿出来交给你。他若是困苦的人，你不可用他的抵押品盖着睡觉。日落的时候，总要把抵押品还给他，让他用那件外衣盖着睡觉，他就为你祝福。这在耶和华—你的神面前就是你的义行了。

你那里有收取报酬而流人血的。你取利息，又索取高利；欺压邻舍，夺取财物；你竟然忘了我。这是主耶和华说的。

你说：“你们当寻求我的面。”那时我的心向你说：“耶和华啊，你的面我正要寻求。”

应当畏惧，不可犯罪；在床上的时候，要心里思想，并要安静。（细拉）

当面的责备胜过隐藏的爱情。

这些事你要讲明，要充分运用你的职权劝勉人，责备人。不要让任何人轻看你。

继续犯罪的人，要在众人面前责备他，使其余的人也有所惧怕。

但那里有耶和华的一个先知，名叫俄德，出来迎接往撒玛利亚去的军兵，对他们说：“看哪，耶和华—你们列祖的神恼怒犹大人，将他们交在你们手里，你们竟怒气冲天，向他们大行杀戮。如今你们又有意强逼犹大人和耶路撒冷人作你们的奴婢，你们岂不是也得罪了耶和华—你们的神吗？现在你们当听我说，要将从你们弟兄中掳来的释放回去，因耶和华的烈怒已临到你们了。”于是，以法莲人的几个领袖，就是约哈难的儿子亚撒利雅、米实利末的儿子比利家、沙龙的儿子耶希西家、哈得莱的儿子亚玛撒，起来拦阻从战场上回来的人，对他们说：“你们不可把这些被掳的人带到这里，因我们已经得罪耶和华了。你们还想加增我们的罪恶过犯吗？因为我们的罪过深重，已经有烈怒临到以色列了。”

神站立在神圣的会中，在诸神中施行审判。你们审判不秉公义，抬举恶人的脸面，要到几时呢？（细拉）当为贫寒的人和孤儿伸冤，为困苦和穷乏的人施行公义。当保护贫寒和贫穷的人，救他们脱离恶人的手。

后来，矶法到了安提阿，因为他有可责之处，我就当面反对他。

所以，从今以后，我们不再按照人的看法来认识人，纵使我们曾经按照人的看法认识基督，如今却不再这样认识他了。

耶和华啊，谁能寄居你的帐幕？谁能居住你的圣山？

他若是不听他们，就去告诉教会；若是不听教会，就把他看作外邦人和税吏。

主耶和华如此说：“以色列的王啊，你们够了吧！要除掉残暴和抢夺的事，行公平和公义，不可再勒索我的百姓。这是主耶和华说的。
