我民中之貧者、與爾同處、爾若貸之以銀、毋如計利者使之償息、

毋向之索利、當畏爾天主、使同族人能偕爾度生、

爾以銀或糧、凡可生利之物、貸爾同族人、同族人原文作兄弟下同不可取利、爾可向外邦人取利、不可向同族人取利、如此、則於凡爾所作之事、主爾之天主賜福於爾、在爾所往欲得之地、○

聽訟之時、毋行非義、毋偏護貧人、毋徇庇有勢者、惟秉公以鞫人、

此豁免年之例如斯、凡貸金於鄰與兄弟、兄弟或作同國之人下同此年必豁免、毋相逼索債、因是年稱為主之豁免年、若外邦人、可向之索債、惟貸於兄弟、則當豁免、

謂士師曰、慎爾所行、爾聽訟非為人、乃為主、聽訟之時、主必偕爾、當敬畏主、慎爾所為、凡不公義、偏視人、受賄賂之事、皆主我之天主所不容、

貸金不取利、不受賄賂、陷害無辜、凡如此行者、必永不動搖、

如有所貸於鄰里、勿入其家以取其質、必立於外、待其攜質於外以予爾、其人若貧、則勿留其質越宿、日入之時、必反其質、使其有衣以寢、必為爾祝福、此在主爾之天主前、必視為爾之義、

爾中有人受賄為殺人流血、有人索利取息、訛詐人、欺騙人、爾竟忘我、此乃主天主所言、

我心追念主曾云、人當求見我面、主歟、我欲求見主面、

爾曹當警懼、不可犯罪、在床時、心宜思念、亦宜緘默、細拉、

暗存愛人之意、不如明責之、原文作明責愈於隱愛

爾當以此訓勸、且以諸權督責乎眾、勿使人輕視爾、

人有罪、當於眾前責之、使他人畏懼、

天主立於有權勢人之會中、在眾神中施行審判、爾曹不秉公審判、反徇惡人情面、將至何時、細拉、爾曹當為卑弱者及孤兒伸冤、當為困苦貧窮者辨屈、當保護卑弱貧窮之人、救其脫離惡人之手、

後磯法至安提約、有可責之處、我面詰之、

故此後我不以外貌認人、雖曾以外貌認基督、今後不復如此認之、

主歟、誰可居主之帷幕、誰可居主之聖山、

若再不聽、則告於教會、若不聽教會、則視之如異邦人及稅吏可也、
