I put Shelemiah the priest, Zadok the scribe, and a Levite named Pedaiah in charge of the storerooms and made Hanan son of Zakkur, the son of Mattaniah, their assistant, because they were considered trustworthy. They were made responsible for distributing the supplies to their fellow Levites.

I put some men in charge of the storerooms. They were Shelemiah, Zadok and Pedaiah. Shelemiah was a priest. Zadok was a teacher of the law. And Pedaiah was a Levite. I made Hanan their assistant. He was the son of Zakkur. Zakkur was the son of Mattaniah. I knew that these men could be trusted. They were put in charge of handing out the supplies to the other Levites.

And I appointed as treasurers over the storehouses Shelemiah the priest, Zadok the scribe, and Pedaiah of the Levites, and as their assistant Hanan the son of Zaccur, son of Mattaniah, for they were considered reliable, and their duty was to distribute to their brothers.

I assigned supervisors for the storerooms: Shelemiah the priest, Zadok the scribe, and Pedaiah, one of the Levites. And I appointed Hanan son of Zaccur and grandson of Mattaniah as their assistant. These men had an excellent reputation, and it was their job to make honest distributions to their fellow Levites.

I appointed as treasurers over the storehouses the priest Shelemiah, the scribe Zadok, and Pedaiah of the Levites, with Hanan son of Zaccur, son of Mattaniah to assist them, because they were considered trustworthy. They were responsible for the distribution to their colleagues.

It was then their responsibility to oversee the distribution to their colleagues.

对于管家的要求，就是要他忠心。

他们没有要求经手把银子转付工匠的人交代帐目，因为他们办事诚实。

在最小的事上忠心的，在大事上也忠心；在最小的事上不义的，在大事上也不义。如果你们在不义的钱财上不忠心，谁还把真实的钱财托付给你们呢？如果你们在别人的东西上不忠心，谁还把你们自己的东西交给你们呢？

银子交在他们手中，不用和他们算帐，因为他们办事诚实。”

放在使徒脚前，照着各人的需要来分配。

他们也必须先受考验，若没有可责之处，然后才让他们作执事。

我感谢那赐我能力的、我们的主基督耶稣，因为他认为我有忠心，派我服事他。

他们很忠心地把供物、各物品的十分之一和分别为圣之物，都搬进仓里去。利未人歌楠雅总管这些物品，他的兄弟示每作副总管。耶歇、亚撒细雅、拿哈、亚撒黑、耶利末、约撒拔、以利、伊斯玛基雅、玛哈、比拿雅在歌楠雅和他的兄弟示每手下，负责监督的工作，他们都是由希西家王和神殿的总管亚撒利雅委派的。看守东门的利未人音拿的儿子可利，掌管自愿献给神的礼物，分发献与耶和华的供物和至圣之物。在他手下有伊甸、珉雅珉、耶书亚、示玛雅、亚玛利雅和示迦尼雅，在祭司的各城里，按着班次，无论大小，把供物分发给他们的亲族。

在耶路撒冷管理利未人的，是巴尼的儿子乌西，巴尼是哈沙比雅的儿子，哈沙比雅是玛他尼的儿子，玛他尼是米迦的儿子，他是亚萨的子孙，就是那些管理神殿事务的歌唱者。

主说：“谁是那忠心精明的管家，被主人指派管理家里的仆人，按时分粮呢？
