我们不将女儿嫁给当地的人，也不为儿子娶当地的女子。

并不将我们的女儿嫁给这地的居民，也不为我们的儿子娶他们的女儿。

我们不把我们的女儿嫁给这地的居民，也不为我们的儿子娶他们的女儿。

我们不把我们的女儿嫁给这地的居民，也不为我们的儿子娶他们的女儿。

我们必不把我们的女儿嫁给这地的外族人，也不为我们的儿子娶他们的女儿。

並不將我們的女兒嫁給這地的居民，也不為我們的兒子娶他們的女兒。

我們不把我們的女兒嫁給這地的居民，也不為我們的兒子娶他們的女兒。

我們不把我們的女兒嫁給這地的居民，也不為我們的兒子娶他們的女兒。

我們不將女兒嫁給當地的人，也不為兒子娶當地的女子。

我們必不把我們的女兒嫁給這地的外族人，也不為我們的兒子娶他們的女兒。

就是說，我們決不將我們的女兒嫁給這地別族之民，也不為我們的兒子娶他們的女兒。

不以我女嫁斯土之民、不為我子娶其女、

不以女嫁異邦人、不以異邦人之女娶為媳。

皆從貴顯之同族、發誓立盟、必遵天主僕摩西所傳天主之律法、謹守遵行我主耶和華之一切誡命、律例、法度、

“ We promise not to give our daughters in marriage to the peoples around us or take their daughters for our sons.

Here is what the priests, Levites and people said.“ We promise not to let our daughters marry men from the nations around us. And we promise not to let their daughters marry our sons.

We will not give our daughters to the peoples of the land or take their daughters for our sons.

“ We promise not to let our daughters marry the pagan people of the land, and not to let our sons marry their daughters.

We will not give our daughters in marriage to the surrounding peoples and will not take their daughters as wives for our sons.

and that we will not give our daughters to the peoples of the land or take their daughters for our sons.

We would not give our daughters as wives to the peoples of the land, nor take their daughters for our sons;

and that we would not give our daughters unto the peoples of the land, nor take their daughters for our sons;

We will not give our daughters in marriage to the surrounding peoples and will not take their daughters as wives for our sons.

And that we would not give our daughters unto the people of the land, nor take their daughters for our sons:

“ We will not give our daughters in marriage to the neighboring peoples, and we will not take their daughters in marriage for our sons.

and that we would not give our daughters to the peoples of the land, nor take their daughters for our sons;

给儿子娶他们的女儿为妻，以致她们与自己的神明苟合时诱使你的儿子犯同样的罪。

不可与他们通婚，不可让你们的儿女与他们的儿女通婚，

以斯拉祭司站起来对他们说：“你们对上帝不忠，娶外族的女子为妻，加重了以色列的罪恶。现在，你们要向你们祖先的上帝耶和华认罪，遵行祂的旨意，与这地方的人和你们的外族妻子断绝关系。”会众都高声回答说：“你说的对，我们必照你的话做。

所以不要让你们的女儿嫁给他们的儿子，也不要让你们的儿子娶他们的女儿。永不可为他们谋求平安和好处。这样，你们就可强盛，吃那里的美好出产，也可将那地方留给你们的子孙作为永久的产业。’“虽然因为我们的恶行和大罪，这一切事情临到我们，但我们的上帝啊，你给我们的惩罚比我们该受的轻多了，你还施恩给我们留下这些余民。我们岂能再违背你的诫命，与这些行为可憎的人通婚？若我们这样行，你岂不发怒毁灭我们，使我们无一幸免吗？

这些事以后，众首领来告诉我说：“以色列民众、祭司和利未人还没有与当地各族分开，他们仍随从迦南人、赫人、比利洗人、耶布斯人、亚扪人、摩押人、埃及人和亚摩利人的可憎行为。他们为自己和自己的儿子娶这些人的女儿为妻，使圣洁的民族与当地的人混杂。首领和官员是这种不忠之事的罪魁。”一听到这些，我便撕裂衣服和外袍，拔掉头发和胡须，惊惧地坐下。
