從同宗世職、發誓立盟、必遵從上帝僕摩西所傳之律例、守我上帝耶和華誡命、禮儀法度、

其餘之民、祭司、利未人、守門者、謳歌者、殿役、及凡與異邦人絕交從天主律法者、並其妻其子女、凡有知識能明者、

all these now join their fellow Israelites the nobles, and bind themselves with a curse and an oath to follow the Law of God given through Moses the servant of God and to obey carefully all the commands, regulations and decrees of the Lord our Lord.

All the men joined the nobles of their people. They made a firm agreement. They made a promise and said they would be cursed if they didn’t keep it. They promised to follow the Law of God. It had been given through Moses, the servant of God. They promised to obey carefully all the commands, rules and laws of the Lord our Lord.

你公義的典章，我曾起誓遵守，我必按着誓言而行。

王站在自己的位上，在耶和華面前立約，要盡心盡性跟從耶和華，遵守他的誡命、法度、律例，實行這書上所記這約的話；

因為，上帝救眾人的恩典已經顯明出來，訓練我們除去不敬虔的心和世俗的情慾，在今世過克己、正直、敬虔的生活，等候福樂的盼望，並等候至大的上帝和我們的救主耶穌基督的榮耀顯現。他為我們的緣故捨己，為了要贖我們脫離一切罪惡，又潔淨我們作他自己的子民，熱心為善。

王站在柱子旁邊，在耶和華面前立約，要盡心盡性跟從耶和華，遵守他的誡命、法度、律例，實行這書上所寫這約的話。全體百姓都願遵守所立的約。

貴族和官長說：「我們必歸還，不再向他們索取，必照你所說的去做。」我就召了祭司來，叫貴族和官長起誓，必照這話去做。我也抖着胸前的衣袋，說：「凡不實行這話的，願上帝照樣抖他離開他的家和他勞碌得來的，直到抖空了。」全會眾都說：「阿們！」又讚美耶和華。百姓就照着這話去做。

我必將我的靈放在你們裏面，使你們順從我的律例，謹守遵行我的典章。

你們若遵行我所命令的，就是我的朋友。

到了天亮，猶太人同謀起誓，說「若不先殺保羅就不吃不喝」。參與這陰謀的有四十多人。他們來見祭司長和長老，說：「我們已經發了重誓，若不先殺保羅就甚麼也不吃。現在你們和議會要通知千夫長，叫他把保羅帶到你們這裏來，假裝要詳細調查他的事；我們已經預備好，在他來到這裏以前就殺掉他。」

但有幾個人依附他，信了主，其中有亞略巴古的議員丟尼修，和一個名叫大馬哩的婦人，還有幾個與他們一起的人。

耶和華－我們的主啊，你的名在全地何其美！你將你的榮耀彰顯於天。

耶和華要憐憫雅各，再度揀選以色列，將他們安頓在本地。寄居的必與他們聯合，加入雅各家。

摩西不是傳了律法給你們嗎？你們卻沒有一個人守律法。為甚麼想要殺我呢？」

他到了那裏，看見上帝所賜的恩就歡喜，勸勉眾人要立定心志，恆久靠主。

凡不尋求耶和華－以色列上帝的，無論大小、男女，必被處死。他們就大聲歡呼，吹號吹角，向耶和華起誓。

所以，你們要照耶和華－你們上帝所吩咐的謹守遵行，不可偏離左右。

「你們當記念我僕人摩西的律法，就是我在何烈山為以色列眾人所吩咐他的律例典章。

你切不要隨從他們，因為他們有四十多人埋伏，已經起誓，若不先殺掉保羅就不吃不喝。現在都預備好了，只等你的允准。」

好讓他們遵他的律例，守他的律法。哈利路亞！

愛，不可虛假；惡，要厭惡；善，要親近。

摩西召集以色列眾人，對他們說：「以色列啊，要聽我今日在你們耳中所吩咐的律例典章，要學習，謹守遵行。

你要對他們說，耶和華如此說：『你們若不聽從我，不遵行我在你們面前所設立的律法，

「『凡製造耶和華所憎惡的偶像，無論是雕刻的，是鑄造的，就是工匠用手造的，或暗中設置的，這人必受詛咒！』眾百姓要回應說：『阿們！』「『輕慢父母的，必受詛咒！』眾百姓要說：『阿們！』「『挪移鄰舍地界的，必受詛咒！』眾百姓要說：『阿們！』「『引領瞎子走錯路的，必受詛咒！』眾百姓要說：『阿們！』「『對寄居的、孤兒和寡婦屈枉正直的，必受詛咒！』眾百姓要說：『阿們！』「『與繼母同寢的，必受詛咒！因為他掀開父親衣服的下邊。』眾百姓要說：『阿們！』「『與獸交合的，必受詛咒！』眾百姓要說：『阿們！』「『與同父異母，或同母異父的姊妹同寢的，必受詛咒！』眾百姓要說：『阿們！』「『與岳母同寢的，必受詛咒！』眾百姓要說：『阿們！』「『暗中擊殺鄰舍的，必受詛咒！』眾百姓要說：『阿們！』「『受賄賂擊殺人而流無辜之血的，必受詛咒！』眾百姓要說：『阿們！』「『不堅守遵行這律法之話的，必受詛咒！』眾百姓要說：『阿們！』」

耶和華－以色列的上帝啊，你向你僕人我父大衛應許說：『你的子孫若謹慎自己的行為，遵行我的律法，像你在我面前所行的，就不斷有人在我面前坐以色列的王位。』現在求你信守這話。

為要使你進入耶和華－你上帝的約，就是耶和華－你上帝今日向你起誓所立的；這樣，他今日要立你作他的子民，他作你的上帝，是照他向你所應許的，又照他向你列祖亞伯拉罕、以撒、雅各所起的誓。我不單單與你們立這約，起這誓，

我就斥責他們，詛咒他們，打了他們幾個人，拔下他們的鬍鬚，叫他們指着上帝起誓：「你們不可把自己的女兒嫁給外邦人的兒子，也不可為自己和兒子娶他們的女兒。

只是耶戶不盡心遵守耶和華－以色列上帝的律法，不離開耶羅波安使以色列人陷入罪裏的那罪。

耶和華－我們的主啊，你的名在全地何其美！

律法是藉着摩西頒佈的；恩典和真理卻是由耶穌基督來的。

摩西將律法傳給我們，作為雅各會眾的產業。
