I said, LORD, the God of the heavens, the great and awe-inspiring God who keeps his gracious covenant with those who love him and keep his commands,

说：“耶和华天上的神，伟大可畏的神啊，你向那些爱你，遵守你诫命的人，守约施慈爱。

「耶和華－天上的神，大而可畏的神啊，你向愛你、守你誡命的人守約施慈愛。

說：「唉，耶和華－天上大而可畏的上帝，向愛你、守你誡命的人守約施慈愛的上帝啊，

說：「唉，耶和華－天上大而可畏的神，向愛你、守你誡命的人守約施慈愛的神啊，

「天上的上帝耶和華啊，你是偉大而可畏的上帝，你向愛你、守你誡命的人守約，施慈愛。

說：“耶和華天上的神，偉大可畏的神啊，你向那些愛你，遵守你誡命的人，守約施慈愛。

說：『哦，永恆主天上的上帝、至有權勢、至大、至可畏懼的啊，那向愛你守你誡命的人守約施堅愛的啊。

曰、天上上帝耶和華、大而可畏之上帝、凡愛爾守爾誡者、爾為之踐約施恩、

曰、天上之主耶和華、巨能可畏之上帝、凡敬愛爾、守爾誡者、爾矜憫之、踐爾前言、

Then I said:“ Lord, the God of heaven, the great and awesome God, who keeps his covenant of love with those who love him and keep his commandments,

I said,“ Lord, you are the God of heaven. You are a great and wonderful God. You keep the covenant you made with those who love you and obey your commandments. You show them your love.

And I said,“ O Lord God of heaven, the great and awesome God who keeps covenant and steadfast love with those who love him and keep his commandments,

Then I said,“ O Lord, God of heaven, the great and awesome God who keeps his covenant of unfailing love with those who love him and obey his commands,

I said,“ Please, Lord God of heaven, the great and awesome God, who keeps the covenant and faithfulness for those who love Him and keep His commandments:

And I said:“ I pray, Lord God of heaven, O great and awesome God, You who keep Your covenant and mercy with those who love You and observe Your commandments,

and said, I beseech thee, O Jehovah, the God of heaven, the great and terrible God, that keepeth covenant and lovingkindness with them that love him and keep his commandments:

I said, Yahweh, the God of heaven, the great and awe-inspiring God who keeps His gracious covenant with those who love Him and keep His commands,

And said, I beseech thee, O LORD God of heaven, the great and terrible God, that keepeth covenant and mercy for them that love him and observe his commandments:

Then I said,“ Please, O LORD God of heaven, great and awesome God, who keeps his loving covenant with those who love him and obey his commandments,

and said,“ I beg you, Yahweh, the God of heaven, the great and awesome God, who keeps covenant and loving kindness with those who love him and keep his commandments:

but showing faithful love to a thousand generations of those who love me and keep my commands.

I prayed to the LORD my God and confessed: Ah, Lord— the great and awe-inspiring God who keeps his gracious covenant with those who love him and keep his commands—we have sinned, done wrong, acted wickedly, rebelled, and turned away from your commands and ordinances.We have not listened to your servants the prophets, who spoke in your name to our kings, leaders, ancestors, and all the people of the land.Lord, righteousness belongs to you, but this day public shame belongs to us: the men of Judah, the residents of Jerusalem, and all Israel— those who are near and those who are far, in all the countries where you have banished them because of the disloyalty they have shown toward you.LORD, public shame belongs to us, our kings, our leaders, and our ancestors, because we have sinned against you.Compassion and forgiveness belong to the Lord our God, though we have rebelled against himand have not obeyed the LORD our God by following his instructions that he set before us through his servants the prophets.All Israel has broken your law and turned away, refusing to obey you. The promised curse written in the law of Moses, the servant of God, has been poured out on us because we have sinned against him.He has carried out his words that he spoke against us and against our rulers by bringing on us a disaster that is so great that nothing like what has been done to Jerusalem has ever been done under all of heaven.Just as it is written in the law of Moses, all this disaster has come on us, yet we have not sought the favor of the LORD our God by turning from our iniquities and paying attention to your truth.So the LORD kept the disaster in mind and brought it on us, for the LORD our God is righteous in all he has done. But we have not obeyed him.Now, Lord our God— who brought your people out of the land of Egypt with a strong hand and made your name renowned as it is this day— we have sinned, we have acted wickedly.Lord, in keeping with all your righteous acts, may your anger and wrath turn away from your city Jerusalem, your holy mountain; for because of our sins and the iniquities of our ancestors, Jerusalem and your people have become an object of ridicule to all those around us.Therefore, our God, hear the prayer and the petitions of your servant. Make your face shine on your desolate sanctuary for the Lord’s sake.Listen closely, my God, and hear. Open your eyes and see our desolations and the city that bears your name. For we are not presenting our petitions before you based on our righteous acts, but based on your abundant compassion.Lord, hear! Lord, forgive! Lord, listen and act! My God, for your own sake, do not delay, because your city and your people bear your name.

Don’t be terrified of them, for the LORD your God, a great and awesome God, is among you.

After I made an inspection, I stood up and said to the nobles, the officials, and the rest of the people,“ Don’t be afraid of them. Remember the great and awe-inspiring Lord, and fight for your countrymen, your sons and daughters, your wives and homes.”

So now, our God— the great, mighty, and awe-inspiring God who keeps his gracious covenant— do not view lightly all the hardships that have afflicted us, our kings and leaders, our priests and prophets, our ancestors and all your people, from the days of the Assyrian kings until today.

For when God made a promise to Abraham, since he had no one greater to swear by, he swore by himself:I will indeed bless you, and I will greatly multiply you.And so, after waiting patiently, Abraham obtained the promise.For people swear by something greater than themselves, and for them a confirming oath ends every dispute.Because God wanted to show his unchangeable purpose even more clearly to the heirs of the promise, he guaranteed it with an oath,so that through two unchangeable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled for refuge might have strong encouragement to seize the hope set before us.

Know that the LORD your God is God, the faithful God who keeps his gracious covenant loyalty for a thousand generations with those who love him and keep his commands.

And who is like your people Israel? God, you came to one nation on earth to redeem a people for yourself, to make a name for yourself through great and awesome works by driving out nations before your people you redeemed from Egypt.

He said: LORD God of Israel, there is no God like you in heaven above or on earth below, who keeps the gracious covenant with your servants who walk before you with all their heart.

For the LORD, the Most High, is awe-inspiring, a great King over the whole earth.
