密云和幽暗在他的四围，公义和公正是他宝座的根基。烈火行在他的面前，烧尽他四围的敌人。他的闪电照亮世界，大地看见了就震撼。在耶和华面前，在全地的主面前，群山像蜡那样熔化。

看哪！耶和华必在烈火中临到，他的战车好像旋风，为要在怒火中施行他愤怒的报应，在火焰中发出他的斥责；

有关埃及的默示：看哪，耶和华乘驾飞快的云，即将临到埃及！埃及的偶像将在他面前颤抖，埃及人都心融胆丧。

耶稣回答他，说：“你已经说了。不过我告诉你们：将来你们会看见人子坐在全能者的右边，在天上的云彩中来临。”

神说了一次，我听见了两次：力量在于神！

那时大地摇撼、震动，群山的根基也颤抖、摇撼，因为他发怒了。浓烟从他的鼻孔上腾，吞噬的烈火从他口中而出，火炭也从他那里燃起。他又使诸天下垂，亲自降临；他的脚下是幽深的黑暗。他乘驾基路伯飞翔，在风的翅膀上翱翔。他以黑暗作他的藏身处，以众水的黑暗、天空的乌云作他四围的帷幕。冰雹和火炭从他面前的光辉中而出，穿过了乌云。耶和华在天上发出雷鸣，至高者发出他的声音，伴随着冰雹和火炭；他发出箭矢，使仇敌四散，发出众多闪电，使他们溃乱。耶和华啊，你斥责一发，你鼻孔的气一出，海底就出现，世界的根基也显露。

当对神说：“你的作为多么可畏！因你强大的能力，你的仇敌向你卑躬屈膝。

我们的神来临，绝不沉默；烈火在他面前吞噬，暴风在他四围刮起。

并且在我们这些相信之人的身上，照着他力量的权能作为，他能力的无限伟大到底是什么。神曾将这能力运作在基督的身上，使基督从死人中复活，并且使他在天上坐在自己的右边，

向耶和华祷告，说：“哦，耶和华啊！难道这不就是我还在本国时所说的那样吗？这正是我事先逃往塔尔施的原因，因为我知道：你是有恩惠、有怜悯的神，不轻易发怒，并有丰盛的慈爱，而且是施怜悯不降下灾祸的那一位。

我在夜间的异象中继续观看，看哪，有一位像人子的，在天上的云彩中来临，被引领来到亘古永存者面前！

“看哪，他在云彩中来临，所有人的眼睛都将看见他，连那些刺他的人也将看见他；地上的万族都要因他捶胸哀哭。”确实如此，阿们。
