時門徒竊議、彼中孰為至大、耶穌知其意念、乃以一孩提立於其側、謂門徒曰、凡因我之名接斯孩提者、即接我、接我者、即接遣我者、爾中最小者、將為大也、

當時門徒就耶穌曰、在天國誰為至大、耶穌召一孩提立於中、曰、我誠告爾、爾若不改變、不成如此孩提、則不得入天國、故凡自謙似此孩提者、彼在天國為至大、凡為我之名、接一如此之孩提者、即接我、

主鑒察我、認識我、我坐我起、主皆知曉、主從遠處知我意念、我行我寢、主皆詳察、我一切道、主皆深曉、主歟、我舌所發之言、主無不周知、

三次謂之曰、約拿子西門、爾愛我乎、彼得因耶穌三次問爾愛我乎、遂憂曰、主、無所不知、主知我愛爾、耶穌曰、食我羊、

且必盡殺其黨、使教會知我鑒察人之心腹腎腸、必按爾各人所為而報之、

亦不需人告以他人如何、原文作亦不需人為人作證因其知人之中藏也、

且無一物得隱於鞫我之天主前、皆於其目前皎然顯露、○

耶穌心知彼有此議、謂之曰、爾曹何為心中如此議乎、

既入加伯農、有為聖殿收稅者、就彼得曰、爾師輸稅否、
