耶穌中心太息、曰、斯世胡為求兆乎、我誠語汝、必不以兆予之、

耶稣心里深深地叹息，说：“这世代为什么求神迹呢？我实在告诉你们，没有神迹给这世代看。”

耶稣灵里深深地叹息，就说：“这世代为什么在寻求神迹呢？我确实地告诉你们：绝不会有神迹赐给这世代。”

耶穌心裏深深地歎息，說：「這世代為甚麼求神蹟呢？我實在告訴你們，沒有神蹟給這世代看。」

耶穌心靈裏深深地歎息說：『這世代為甚麼求神迹呢？我實在告訴你們，必沒有神迹給這世代的！』

耶穌靈裡深深地嘆息，就說：「這世代為什麼在尋求神蹟呢？我確實地告訴你們：絕不會有神蹟賜給這世代。」

耶穌中心太息曰、此世胡為求異蹟、我誠告爾、我必不以異蹟示此世、

耶穌衷心長歎曰：『斯代奚為求靈徵也！予誠告爾、實無靈徵可示斯代也。』

He sighed deeply and said,“ Why does this generation ask for a sign? Truly I tell you, no sign will be given to it.”

He sighed deeply. He said,“ Why do you people ask for a sign? What I’m about to tell you is true. No sign will be given to you.”

And he sighed deeply in his spirit and said,“ Why does this generation seek a sign? Truly, I say to you, no sign will be given to this generation.”

When he heard this, he sighed deeply in his spirit and said,“ Why do these people keep demanding a miraculous sign? I tell you the truth, I will not give this generation any such sign.”

Sighing deeply in his spirit, he said,“ Why does this generation demand a sign? Truly I tell you, no sign will be given to this generation.”

Sighing deeply in His spirit, He* said,“ Why does this generation demand a sign? Truly I say to you, no sign will be given to this generation!”

But He sighed deeply in His spirit, and said,“ Why does this generation seek a sign? Assuredly, I say to you, no sign shall be given to this generation.”

And he sighed deeply in his spirit, and saith, Why doth this generation seek a sign? verily I say unto you, There shall no sign be given unto this generation.

But sighing deeply in His spirit, He said,“ Why does this generation demand a sign? I assure you: No sign will be given to this generation!”

And he sighed deeply in his spirit, and saith, Why doth this generation seek after a sign? verily I say unto you, There shall no sign be given unto this generation.

Sighing deeply in his spirit he said,“ Why does this generation look for a sign? I tell you the truth, no sign will be given to this generation.”

He sighed deeply in his spirit, and said,“ Why does this generation seek a sign? Most certainly I tell you, no sign will be given to this generation.”

仰天歎曰、以法大、譯即啟也、

姦惡之世而求異兆、約拿異兆而外、無以示之、遂去之、○

曰姦惡之世而求異兆、先知約拿之兆外、無以示之、如約拿三日三夜在鯨腹、人子亦將三日三夜在地中也、

耶穌言竟、遂往而隱、雖多行異蹟於眾前、而人猶不之信、以應先知以賽亞之言云、主歟、我所宣傳、信之者誰、主之臂力、顯於誰乎、眾之所以不能信者、蓋以賽亞又云、主瞽其目、頑其心、恐其目見心悟、轉移而我醫之、以賽亞之言、因見其榮、而論及之也、然有司多信之、因法利賽人、故不承之、恐見逐於會堂、蓋好人之榮、過於上帝之榮也、○

眾集就之、耶穌曰、此世乃惡世也、而求異兆、約拿之兆外、無以示之、蓋約拿為兆於尼尼微人、人子亦將為兆於斯世、

彼被藐視、為人厭棄、素歷困苦、洞悉病患、猶人掩面所不欲睹、而鄙夷者、我儕不重視之、○

曰、爾若基督、其告我、曰、我若告爾、爾必不信、詰爾、爾亦不應、今而後、人子將坐於大權上帝之右矣、僉曰、然則爾為上帝子乎、曰、爾言是也、

耶穌曰、不信之世歟、我偕爾忍爾將幾何時乎、攜之就我、

且異其不信、乃周行諸鄉訓誨焉、○

耶穌怒而環視之、憂其心頑也、語手枯者曰、伸爾手、伸之、即愈、

亞伯拉罕曰、彼有摩西及諸先知、可聽之也、對曰、祖亞伯拉罕乎、非也、若有由死而就之者、彼必改悔矣、曰、不聽摩西與先知、即有自死而起者、彼亦不受勸也、

既近、見城、則為之哭、

耶穌見其哭、又見偕來之猶太人亦哭、心恚而傷、曰、葬於何處、曰、主來觀之、耶穌泣、猶太人曰、其愛斯人何如也、或曰、彼曾啟瞽者之目、不能使斯人不死乎、耶穌復恚於衷、至墓、墓乃洞、上置石焉、
