He looked around at them in anger and, deeply distressed at their stubborn hearts, said to the man,“ Stretch out your hand.” He stretched it out, and his hand was completely restored.

Jesus looked around at them in anger. He was very upset because their hearts were stubborn. Then he said to the man,“ Stretch out your hand.” He stretched it out, and his hand had become as good as new.

And he looked around at them with anger, grieved at their hardness of heart, and said to the man,“ Stretch out your hand.” He stretched it out, and his hand was restored.

He looked around at them angrily and was deeply saddened by their hard hearts. Then he said to the man,“ Hold out your hand.” So the man held out his hand, and it was restored!

他就環視眾人，對那人說：「伸出手來！」他照着做，他的手就復原了。

他們心地昏昧，因自己無知，心裏剛硬而與上帝所賜的生命隔絕了。

即使生氣也不要犯罪；不可含怒到日落，

於是對那人說：「伸出手來！」他把手一伸，手就復原了，和另一隻一樣。

弟兄們，我不願意你們不知道這奧祕，恐怕你們自以為聰明。這奧祕就是有一部分以色列人是硬心的，等到外邦人的數目添滿了，

有四十年之久。所以，我厭煩那世代，說：他們的心常常迷糊，竟不知道我的道路！

他說：「你去告訴這百姓說：『你們聽了又聽，卻不明白；看了又看，卻不曉得。』要使這百姓心蒙油脂，耳朵發沉，眼睛昏花；恐怕他們眼睛看見，耳朵聽見，心裏明白，回轉過來，就得醫治。」

耶和華就因造人在地上感到遺憾，心中憂傷。

耶穌回答：「我告訴你們，若是這些人閉口不說，石頭也要呼叫起來。」耶穌快到耶路撒冷，看見那城，就為它哀哭，說：「但願你在這日子知道有關你平安的事，不過這事現在是隱藏的，你的眼睛看不出來。因為日子將到，你的仇敵要築起土壘包圍你，四面困住你，並要消滅你和你裏頭的兒女，連一塊石頭也不留在另一塊石頭上，因為你不知道你蒙眷顧的時候。」

王對神人說：「請你為我禱告，向耶和華－你的上帝懇求恩惠，使我的手復原。」於是神人向耶和華懇求，王的手就復原了，如平常一樣。

他們既無知，又不思想；因為耶和華蒙蔽他們的眼，使他們看不見，塞住他們的心，使他們不明白。沒有一個心裏醒悟，有知識，有聰明，能說：「我曾拿一部分用火燃燒，在炭火上烤餅，也烤肉來吃。這剩下的，我豈要做可憎之像嗎？我豈可向木頭叩拜呢？」他以灰塵為食，心裏迷糊，以致偏邪，不能自救，也不能說：「我右手中豈不是有虛謊嗎？」

四十年之久，我厭煩那世代，說：「這是心裏迷糊的百姓，竟不知道我的道路！」

對他說：「你到西羅亞池子裏去洗。」（西羅亞翻出來就是「奉差遣」。）於是他去，洗了，回來就看見了。

他們在一切苦難當中，他也同受苦難，並且他面前的使者拯救他們。他以慈愛和憐憫救贖他們，在古時的日子時常抱他們，背他們。他們竟然悖逆，使他的聖靈憂傷。他就轉變，成為他們的仇敵，親自攻擊他們。

那又怎麼說呢？以色列人所尋求的，他們沒有得着。但是蒙揀選的人得着了，其餘的人卻成了頑梗不化的。如經上所記：「上帝給他們昏沉的靈，眼睛看不見，耳朵聽不到，直到今日。」大衛也說：「願他們的宴席變為羅網，變為陷阱，變為絆腳石，作他們的報應。願他們的眼睛昏花，看不見；願你時常彎下他們的腰。」

上帝向誰發怒四十年之久呢？豈不是那些犯罪而陳屍在曠野的人嗎？

主回答他：「假冒為善的人哪，難道你們各人在安息日不解開槽上的牛和驢，牽去喝水嗎？

耶穌看見，就對他們說：「你們去，把身體給祭司檢查。」他們正去的時候就潔淨了。

在他們身上，正應驗了以賽亞的預言：『你們聽了又聽，卻不明白，看了又看，卻看不清。因為這百姓的心麻木，耳朵發沉，眼睛閉着，免得眼睛看見，耳朵聽見，心裏明白，回轉過來，我會醫治他們。』

既然他得以完全，就為凡順從他的人成了永遠得救的根源，

向山和巖石說：「倒在我們身上吧！把我們藏起來，躲避坐寶座者的臉面和羔羊的憤怒；

我非常憤怒，就把多比雅的一切家具都從屋子裏拋出去。

但他們的心地剛硬，直到今日誦讀舊約的時候，這同樣的面紗還沒有揭去；因為這面紗在基督裏才被廢去。

以色列人就除掉他們中間的外邦神明，事奉耶和華。耶和華因以色列所受的苦難而心裏焦急。

耶穌對他說：「起來，拿起你的褥子走吧！」那人立刻痊癒，就拿起自己的褥子走了。那天是安息日，

你們這耳聾的，聽吧！你們這眼瞎的，看吧，使你們得以看見！誰比我的僕人眼瞎呢？誰比我所差遣的使者耳聾呢？誰瞎眼像那獻身給我的人？誰瞎眼像耶和華的僕人呢？看見許多事卻不領會，耳朵開通卻聽不見。

不要使上帝的聖靈擔憂，你們原是受了他的印記，等候得救贖的日子來到。
