耶穌對他們說：『新郎跟賀喜的朋友在一起的時候，賀喜的朋友哪能禁食呢？儘有新郎跟他們在一起的時候，他們總不能禁食的。

耶稣对他们说：“新郎和陪伴之人同在的时候，陪伴之人岂能禁食呢？新郎还同在，他们不能禁食。

耶稣对他们说：“新郎和宾客在一起的时候，宾客怎么能禁食呢？只要新郎和他们在一起，他们不能禁食。

耶穌曰、新娶者偕在、賀婚者能禁食乎、新娶者尚在、不能禁食也、

耶穌曰、新娶者在、賀娶者安用禁食乎、蓋新娶者尚在、無庸禁食矣、

耶穌曰、新娶者尚在、賀娶之客豈可禁食、蓋新娶者尚在、彼不能禁食、

耶穌對曰：『新壻在、賀婚之友能守齋乎？蓋新壻一日與之偕、若輩即一日不宜守齋。

Jesus answered,“ How can the guests of the bridegroom fast while he is with them? They cannot, so long as they have him with them.

Jesus answered,“ How can the guests of the groom go without eating while he is with them? They will not fast as long as he is with them.

And Jesus said to them,“ Can the wedding guests fast while the bridegroom is with them? As long as they have the bridegroom with them, they cannot fast.

Jesus replied,“ Do wedding guests fast while celebrating with the groom? Of course not. They can’t fast while the groom is with them.

Jesus said to them,“ The wedding guests cannot fast while the groom is with them, can they? As long as they have the groom with them, they cannot fast.

And Jesus said to them,“ While the groom is with them, the attendants of the groom cannot fast, can they? As long as they have the groom with them, they cannot fast.

And Jesus said to them,“ Can the friends of the bridegroom fast while the bridegroom is with them? As long as they have the bridegroom with them they cannot fast.

And Jesus said unto them, Can the sons of the bridechamber fast, while the bridegroom is with them? as long as they have the bridegroom with them, they cannot fast.

Jesus said to them,“ The wedding guests cannot fast while the groom is with them, can they? As long as they have the groom with them, they cannot fast.

And Jesus said unto them, Can the children of the bridechamber fast, while the bridegroom is with them? as long as they have the bridegroom with them, they cannot fast.

Jesus said to them,“ The wedding guests cannot fast while the bridegroom is with them, can they? As long as they have the bridegroom with them they do not fast.

Jesus said to them,“ Can the groomsmen fast while the bridegroom is with them? As long as they have the bridegroom with them, they can’t fast.

『那時天國好比十個童女、拿着她們的火把出去、要迎接新郎。其中有五個是愚拙的，五個是精明的。愚拙的拿着火把，沒有帶着油；精明的卻拿着油在瓶子裏，連帶着她們的火把。新郎遲延的時候，她們都打盹睡着了。半夜裏有嚷叫的聲音說：「看哪，新郎來了！出來迎接他哦！」那些童女就都起來，修整她們的火把。愚拙的對精明的說：「你們的油分點兒給我們吧；我們的火把快滅了。」精明的回答說：「恐怕一定不夠我們和你們用的；不如去找賣油的人，自己買吧。」她們去買的時候，新郎到了；那些有準備的同他進去赴婚筵，門就關了。

拉班就聚集那地方的眾人，擺設筵席。

參孫的父親下去到那女子那裏，參孫在那裏辦了筵席，因為做新郎的都這樣行。眾人看見參孫，就請了三十個人陪伴他。

王后儘管有六十，妃嬪儘管有八十，童女儘管無數；

她穿着刺繡衣服、被引到王面前；做陪伴、隨着她、的童女們、也都被引到你面前。
