亚伯拉罕、以撒、雅各的神，就是我们祖宗的神，荣耀了他的仆人耶稣。这位耶稣，你们把他送交官府。彼拉多本来定意要放他，你们却当着彼拉多的面拒绝他。

你曾以圣灵藉着你仆人我们祖先大卫的口说：‘列国为什么骚动？万民为什么空谋妄想？地上的君王都起来，首领聚在一起，敌对主和他的受膏者。’希律和本丢．彼拉多，外族人和以色列民，真的在这城里聚集，反对你所膏立的圣仆耶稣，行了你手和你旨意所预定要成就的一切。

他要被交给外族人，受戏弄，被凌辱，他们要向他吐唾沫，鞭打他，杀害他；第三日他要复活。”

可是我告诉你们，凡是向弟兄发怒的，都要被判罪。谁若骂弟兄：‘你这蠢货！（蠢货：原文音译是“拉加”，是亚兰文侮辱别人的用语。）’，就要被公议会判罪；谁若骂：‘你这白痴！（白痴：原文是希腊文骂人的词语，但是有少数学者认为这词语是源于希伯来文，而把它音译为“魔利”，意思是“叛徒”。）’，就罪该送入烈火的地狱。

“我们现在上耶路撒冷去，人子要被交给祭司长和经学家，他们要定他死罪，把他交给外族人凌辱、鞭打，并且钉在十字架上。然而第三天他要复活。”

世上的君王起来，首领聚在一起，敌对耶和华和他所膏立的，说：
