耶穌憯怛、祈禱愈切、汗如滴血下地、

彼得曰、眾棄爾、惟我不然、耶穌曰、我誠告爾、今夜、鷄二鳴之先、爾將三言不識我、彼得力言曰、即與爾偕亡、我必不言不識爾、眾言亦如之、

見彼得向火、目之曰、爾亦偕拿撒勒耶穌也、彼得不承曰、我弗知也、不識爾云何、遂出、至院門而鷄鳴矣、

以利亞聞之、以衣蒙面而出、立於穴口、有聲謂之曰、以利亞在此何為、

入穴而居、耶和華問之曰、以利亞在此何為。
