Jesus asked them,“ Am I some dangerous revolutionary, that you come with swords and clubs to arrest me?

耶稣对他们说：“你们带着刀剑和棍棒出来抓我，就像对付强盗那样吗？

耶穌對他們說：「你們帶着刀棒出來拿我，如同拿強盜嗎？

耶穌回應他們說：「你們帶着刀棒出來拿我，如同拿強盜嗎？

耶穌回應他們說：「你們帶着刀棒出來拿我，如同拿強盜嗎？

耶穌問那群人：「你們像對付強盜一樣拿著刀棍來抓我嗎？

耶穌對他們說：“你們帶著刀棒出來，把我當作強盜捉拿嗎？

耶穌應時對他們說：『你們出來，帶着刀棒要捉拿我，如同拿強盜呀！

耶穌對他們說：「你們帶著刀劍和棍棒出來抓我，就像對付強盜那樣嗎？

耶穌語眾曰、爾以刃與梃來執我、若捕盜乎、

耶穌謂眾曰、爾以刃與梃來執我、若禦寇乎、

耶穌語眾曰、爾執刃與梃來執我、若捕盜然、

耶穌向眾曰：『爾輩持梃手刃、執予如捕盜。

“ Am I leading a rebellion,” said Jesus,“ that you have come out with swords and clubs to capture me?

“ Am I leading a band of armed men against you?” asked Jesus.“ Do you have to come out with swords and clubs to capture me?

And Jesus said to them,“ Have you come out as against a robber, with swords and clubs to capture me?

Jesus said to them,“ Have you come out with swords and clubs, as if I were a criminal, to capture me?

And Jesus said to them,“ Have you come out with swords and clubs to arrest Me, as you would against a man inciting a revolt?

Then Jesus answered and said to them,“ Have you come out, as against a robber, with swords and clubs to take Me?

And Jesus answered and said unto them, Are ye come out, as against a robber, with swords and staves to seize me?

But Jesus said to them,“ Have you come out with swords and clubs, as though I were a criminal, to capture Me?

And Jesus answered and said unto them, Are ye come out, as against a thief, with swords and[ with] staves to take me?

Jesus said to them,“ Have you come with swords and clubs to arrest me like you would an outlaw?

Jesus answered them,“ Have you come out, as against a robber, with swords and clubs to seize me?

Then Jesus spoke to the leading priests, the captains of the Temple guard, and the elders who had come for him.“ Am I some dangerous revolutionary,” he asked,“ that you come with swords and clubs to arrest me?Why didn’t you arrest me in the Temple? I was there every day. But this is your moment, the time when the power of darkness reigns.”

Who is the king of Israel trying to catch anyway? Should he spend his time chasing one who is as worthless as a dead dog or a single flea?May the Lord therefore judge which of us is right and punish the guilty one. He is my advocate, and he will rescue me from your power!”

Why are you chasing me? What have I done? What is my crime?

Then Jesus said to the crowd,“ Am I some dangerous revolutionary, that you come with swords and clubs to arrest me? Why didn’t you arrest me in the Temple? I was there teaching every day.
