“ He had one left to send, a son, whom he loved. He sent him last of all, saying,‘ They will respect my son.’

Long ago God spoke to the fathers by the prophets at different times and in different ways.In these last days, He has spoken to us by His Son. God has appointed Him heir of all things and made the universe through Him.

And there came a voice from heaven: This is My beloved Son. I take delight in Him!

“ For God loved the world in this way: He gave His One and Only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life.For God did not send His Son into the world that He might condemn the world, but that the world might be saved through Him.Anyone who believes in Him is not condemned, but anyone who does not believe is already condemned, because he has not believed in the name of the One and Only Son of God.

“ Take your son,” He said,“ your only son Isaac, whom you love, go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains I will tell you about.”

I will declare the Lord’s decree: He said to Me,“ You are My Son; today I have become Your Father.

The Word became flesh and took up residence among us. We observed His glory, the glory as the One and Only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.

No one has ever seen God. The One and Only Son— the One who is at the Father’s side— He has revealed Him.

Now Israel loved Joseph more than his other sons because Joseph was a son born to him in his old age, and he made a robe of many colors for him.

But Jesus kept silent. Then the high priest said to Him,“ By the living God I place You under oath: tell us if You are the Messiah, the Son of God!”

“ This is My Servant; I strengthen Him, this is My Chosen One; I delight in Him. I have put My Spirit on Him; He will bring justice to the nations.

And a voice came from heaven: You are My beloved Son; I take delight in You!

“ Rabbi,” Nathanael replied,“ You are the Son of God! You are the King of Israel!”

I have seen and testified that He is the Son of God!”

While he was still speaking, suddenly a bright cloud covered them, and a voice from the cloud said: This is My beloved Son. I take delight in Him. Listen to Him!

and the Holy Spirit descended on Him in a physical appearance like a dove. And a voice came from heaven: You are My beloved Son. I take delight in You!

His brothers were jealous of him, but his father kept the matter in mind.His brothers had gone to pasture their father’s flocks at Shechem.Israel said to Joseph,“ Your brothers, you know, are pasturing the flocks at Shechem. Get ready. I’m sending you to them.”“ I’m ready,” Joseph replied.

A cloud appeared, overshadowing them, and a voice came from the cloud: This is My beloved Son; listen to Him!

And they sang a new song: You are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals, because You were slaughtered, and You redeemed people for God by Your blood from every tribe and language and people and nation.You made them a kingdom and priests to our God, and they will reign on the earth.Then I looked and heard the voice of many angels around the throne, and also of the living creatures and of the elders. Their number was countless thousands, plus thousands of thousands.They said with a loud voice: The Lamb who was slaughtered is worthy to receive power and riches and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and blessing!I heard every creature in heaven, on earth, under the earth, on the sea, and everything in them say: Blessing and honor and glory and dominion to the One seated on the throne, and to the Lamb, forever and ever!

Then He said,“ Do not lay a hand on the boy or do anything to him. For now I know that you fear God, since you have not withheld your only son from Me.”

The Father loves the Son and has given all things into His hands.

Pay homage to the Son or He will be angry and you will perish in your rebellion, for His anger may ignite at any moment. All those who take refuge in Him are happy.

Then a voice came from the cloud, saying: This is My Son, the Chosen One; listen to Him!

See, the virgin will become pregnant and give birth to a son, and they will name Him Immanuel, which is translated“ God is with us.”

so that all people will honor the Son just as they honor the Father. Anyone who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him.

All things have been entrusted to Me by My Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and anyone to whom the Son desires to reveal Him.

and we answered my lord,‘ We have an elderly father and a younger brother, the child of his old age. The boy’s brother is dead. He is the only one of his mother’s sons left, and his father loves him.’

When He again brings His firstborn into the world, He says, And all God’s angels must worship Him.
