Therefore, whatever you want others to do for you, do also the same for them— this is the Law and the Prophets.

For the entire law is fulfilled in one statement: Love your neighbor as yourself.

Love is patient, love is kind. Love does not envy, is not boastful, is not conceited,does not act improperly, is not selfish, is not provoked, and does not keep a record of wrongs.Love finds no joy in unrighteousness but rejoices in the truth.It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.Love never ends. But as for prophecies, they will come to an end; as for languages, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will come to an end.

“ Which ones?” he asked Him. Jesus answered: Do not murder; do not commit adultery; do not steal; do not bear false witness;honor your father and your mother; and love your neighbor as yourself.

Do not take revenge or bear a grudge against members of your community, but love your neighbor as yourself; I am Yahweh.

He answered: Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself.

Indeed, if you keep the royal law prescribed in the Scripture, Love your neighbor as yourself, you are doing well.But if you show favoritism, you commit sin and are convicted by the law as transgressors.For whoever keeps the entire law, yet fails in one point, is guilty of breaking it all.For He who said, Do not commit adultery, also said, Do not murder. So if you do not commit adultery, but you do murder, you are a lawbreaker.Speak and act as those who will be judged by the law of freedom.For judgment is without mercy to the one who hasn’t shown mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment.

“ Which of these three do you think proved to be a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of the robbers?”“ The one who showed mercy to him,” he said. Then Jesus told him,“ Go and do the same.”

“ You must not oppress your neighbor or rob him. The wages due a hired hand must not remain with you until morning.
