You should have the same attitude toward one another that Christ Jesus had,who though he existed in the form of God did not regard equality with God as something to be grasped,but emptied himself by taking on the form of a slave, by looking like other men, and by sharing in human nature.He humbled himself, by becoming obedient to the point of death– even death on a cross!

Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us( because it is written,“ Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”)

He must manage his own household well and keep his children in control without losing his dignity.But if someone does not know how to manage his own household, how will he care for the church of God?He must not be a recent convert or he may become arrogant and fall into the punishment that the devil will exact.
