For a son dishonors his father, a daughter rises up against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law— a man’s enemies are the members of his own household.

Sons don’t honor their fathers. Daughters refuse to obey their mothers. Daughters- in- law are against their mothers- in- law. A man’s enemies are the members of his own family.

for the son treats the father with contempt, the daughter rises up against her mother, the daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law; a man’s enemies are the men of his own house.

For the son despises his father. The daughter defies her mother. The daughter in law defies her mother in law. Your enemies are right in your own household!

Surely a son considers his father a fool, a daughter opposes her mother, and a daughter-in-law is against her mother-in-law; a man’s enemies are the men of his own household.

For son disavows father, Daughter rises up against her mother, Daughter in law against her mother in law; A person’s enemies are the people of his own household.

你那裏有輕慢父母的，在你當中有欺壓寄居者的，你那裏也有虧負孤兒寡婦的。

我不是指着你們眾人說的，我知道我所揀選的是誰；但是要應驗經上的話：『吃我飯的人用腳踢我。』

你卻放縱如水，必不得居首位；因為你上了你父親的床，你上了我的榻，污辱了它！

我聽見許多的毀謗，四圍都是驚嚇；連我知己朋友都看着我跌倒：「告他吧，我們要告他！或者他被引誘，我們就能勝他，在他身上報仇。」

與你結盟的都驅趕你，直到邊界，與你和好的欺騙你，勝過你，吃你飯的人設下圈套陷害你－他卻毫無聰明。

嘲笑父親、藐視而不聽從母親的，谷中的烏鴉必啄他的眼睛，小鷹也必吃它。

連我知己的朋友，我所信賴、吃我飯的人也用腳踢我。

迦南的父親含看見他父親赤身，就到外面告訴他的兩個兄弟。於是閃和雅弗拿了外衣搭在二人肩上，倒退着進去，遮蓋父親的赤身；他們背着臉，看不見父親的赤身。挪亞酒醒以後，知道小兒子向他所做的事，

因為連你兄弟和你父家都以詭詐待你，甚至在你後邊大聲喊叫。雖然他們向你說好話，你也不要相信他們。」

有一類人，詛咒父親，不給母親祝福。

大衛又對亞比篩和眾臣僕說：「看哪，我親生的兒子尚且尋索我的性命，何況現在這便雅憫人呢？由他咒罵吧！因為這是耶和華吩咐他的。

亞希多弗對押沙龍說：「你父親所留下看守宮殿的妃嬪，你可以與她們親近。以色列眾人聽見你敢惹你父親憎惡你，凡歸順你人的手就更堅強了。」於是他們為押沙龍在屋頂上支搭帳棚，押沙龍就在以色列眾人眼前，與他父親的妃嬪親近。那時亞希多弗所出的主意好像人從神求問得來的話一樣；他給大衛，給押沙龍所出的一切主意，都是這樣。

押沙龍派密使走遍以色列各支派，說：「你們一聽見角聲就說：『押沙龍在希伯崙作王了！』」押沙龍在耶路撒冷請了二百人與他同去，都是誠心誠意去的，一點也不知道實情。押沙龍獻祭的時候，派人去把大衛的謀士，基羅人亞希多弗從他本城基羅請來。於是叛亂越發強大，因為隨從押沙龍的百姓日漸增多。

原來，不是仇敵辱罵我，若是仇敵，還可忍受；也不是恨我的人向我狂妄自大，若是恨我的人，我必躲避他。不料是你；你原與我同等，是我的朋友，是我的知己！我們素常彼此交談，以為甘甜；我們結伴在神的殿中同行。

耶穌回答說：「同我蘸手在盤子裏的，就是要出賣我的。

連你們的父母、兄弟、親族、朋友也要把你們交給官府；你們中間也將有被他們害死的。

猶大立刻進前來對耶穌說：「拉比，你好！」就跟他親吻。耶穌對他說：「朋友，你來要做的事，就做吧。」於是那些人上前，下手抓住耶穌。

那時人會專愛自己，貪愛錢財，自誇，狂傲，毀謗，違背父母，忘恩負義，心不聖潔，沒有親情，抗拒和解，好說讒言，不能節制，性情兇暴，不愛良善，
