你们缄默不语，真合公义吗？你们审判世人，岂按正直吗？不然！你们心中作恶，量出你们在地上手中的残暴。

你的官长悖逆，与盗贼为伍，全都喜爱贿赂，追求赃物；他们不为孤儿伸冤，寡妇的案件也呈不到他们面前。

众祭司啊，要听这话！以色列家啊，要留心听！王室啊，要侧耳而听！审判将临到你们，因你们在米斯巴如罗网，在他泊山如张开的网。

于是我说：雅各的领袖，以色列家的官长啊，你们要听！你们岂不知道公平吗？

你去召集以色列的长老，对他们说：‘耶和华—你们祖宗的神，就是亚伯拉罕的神，以撒的神，雅各的神向我显现，说：我实在眷顾了你们，眷顾你们在埃及的遭遇。

定恶人为义的，定义人为有罪的，都为耶和华所憎恶。

厌弃我的律例，心中厌恶我的典章，不遵行我一切的诫命，背弃了我的约，

“‘对寄居的、孤儿和寡妇屈枉正直的，必受诅咒！’众百姓要说：‘阿们！’

他们肥胖光润，作恶过甚，不为人伸冤，不为孤儿伸冤，使他们胜诉，也不为贫穷人辩护。
