由是而往、見亞勒腓子利未、坐於稅關、耶穌曰、從我、遂起從之、耶穌席坐利未家、諸稅吏及罪人、偕耶穌與門徒坐、從之者眾、士子、𠵽唎㘔人、見耶穌與稅吏罪人共食、語其門徒曰、胡為與稅吏罪人飲食乎、耶穌聞之曰、康強者不需醫、負病者需之、我來非招義人、乃招罪人悔改耳、○約翰門徒、𠵽唎㘔人禁食、或就耶穌曰、約翰門徒、𠵽唎㘔人禁食、爾門徒不禁食、何也、耶穌曰、新娶者在、賀娶者安用禁食乎、蓋新娶者尚在、無庸禁食矣、惟將來新娶者別之去、乃禁食耳、未有補舊衣而用新布者、恐所補之新布、反壞舊衣而綻尤甚、未有盛新酒而用舊革囊者、恐新酒裂囊、酒漏而囊亦敗、故新酒必盛新囊、○

有名撒該者、為稅吏長而富、欲見耶穌為何如人、以人眾不得見、蓋侏儒也、意耶穌必過此、遂趨前、升桑欲見之、耶穌至、仰視曰、撒該速下、今日我將主爾家、遂急下、喜迎之、眾非耶穌曰、何為宿罪人之家、撒該起、謂主曰、主、我以所有之半濟貧、誣詐人者、則四倍償之、耶穌曰、今日此家得救、以其為亞伯拉罕裔、蓋人子至、為尋救所喪者耳、○
