And Jesus, perceiving their thoughts, said,“ Why are you thinking evil in your hearts?

耶穌看出他們所想的，就說：“你們心裡為甚麼存著惡念呢？

Knowing their thoughts, Jesus said,“ Why do you entertain evil thoughts in your hearts?

Jesus knew what they were thinking. So he said,“ Why do you have evil thoughts in your hearts?

But Jesus, knowing their thoughts, said,“ Why do you think evil in your hearts?

Jesus knew what they were thinking, so he asked them,“ Why do you have such evil thoughts in your hearts?

Perceiving their thoughts, Jesus said,“ Why are you thinking evil things in your hearts?

But Jesus, knowing their thoughts, said,“ Why do you think evil in your hearts?

And Jesus knowing their thoughts said, Wherefore think ye evil in your hearts?

But perceiving their thoughts, Jesus said,“ Why are you thinking evil things in your hearts?

And Jesus knowing their thoughts said, Wherefore think ye evil in your hearts?

When Jesus saw their reaction he said,“ Why do you respond with evil in your hearts?

Jesus, knowing their thoughts, said,“ Why do you think evil in your hearts?

And knowing their thoughts, Jesus said to them,“ Every kingdom divided against itself is laid waste; and no city or house divided against itself will stand.

But He knew what they were thinking, and He said to the man with the withered hand,“ Get up and come forward!” And he got up and came forward.

But He knew their thoughts and said to them,“ Every kingdom divided against itself is laid waste; and a house divided against itself falls.

For the word of God is living and active, and sharper than any two edged sword, even penetrating as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart.And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are open and laid bare to the eyes of Him to whom we must answer.

Now an argument started among them as to which of them might be the greatest.But Jesus, knowing what they were thinking in their hearts, took a child and had him stand by His side,

Now we know that You know all things, and that You have no need for anyone to question You; this is why we believe that You came forth from God.”

But Jesus, on His part, was not entrusting Himself to them, because He knew all people,and because He did not need anyone to testify about mankind, for He Himself knew what was in mankind.

And I will kill her children with plague, and all the churches will know that I am He who searches the minds and hearts; and I will give to each one of you according to your deeds.

You know when I sit down and when I get up; You understand my thought from far away.

Would God not find this out? For He knows the secrets of the heart.

Jesus knew that they wanted to question Him, and He said to them,“ Are you deliberating together about this, that I said,‘ A little while, and you are not going to see Me, and again a little while, and you will see Me’?

Then Peter said to her,“ Why is it that you have agreed together to put the Spirit of the Lord to the test? Behold, the feet of those who have buried your husband are at the door, and they will carry you out as well.”

But Peter said,“ Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and to keep back some of the proceeds of the land?While it remained unsold, did it not remain your own? And after it was sold, was it not under your control? Why is it that you have conceived this deed in your heart? You have not lied to men, but to God.”

He* said to him the third time,“ Simon, son of John, do you love Me?” Peter was hurt because He said to him the third time,“ Do you love Me?” And he said to Him,“ Lord, You know all things; You know that I love You.” Jesus* said to him,“ Tend My sheep.

But there are some of you who do not believe.” For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were who did not believe, and who it was who would betray Him.

But Peter said to him,“ May your silver perish with you, because you thought you could acquire the gift of God with money!You have no part or share in this matter, for your heart is not right before God.Therefore, repent of this wickedness of yours, and pray to the Lord that, if possible, the intention of your heart will be forgiven you.

But Jesus, aware that His disciples were complaining about this, said to them,“ Is this offensive to you?

They began to discuss this among themselves, saying,“ He said that because we did not bring any bread.”But Jesus, aware of this, said,“ You men of little faith, why are you discussing among yourselves the fact that you have no bread?

And they began to discuss with one another the fact that they had no bread.And Jesus, aware of this,* said to them,“ Why are you discussing the fact that you have no bread? Do you not yet comprehend or understand? Do you still have your heart hardened?

Immediately Jesus, aware in His spirit that they were thinking that way within themselves,* said to them,“ Why are you thinking about these things in your hearts?

But Jesus, aware of their thoughts, responded and said to them,“ Why are you thinking this way in your hearts?

Are we to pay, or not pay?” But He, knowing their hypocrisy, said to them,“ Why are you testing Me? Bring Me a denarius to look at.”

And Jesus responded and said to him,“ Simon, I have something to say to you.” And he replied,“ Say it, Teacher.”

‘ This is what the Lord God says:“ It will come about on that day, that thoughts will come into your mind and you will devise an evil plan,
