But perceiving their thoughts, Jesus said,“ Why are you thinking evil things in your hearts?

耶穌看出他們所想的，就說：“你們心裡為甚麼存著惡念呢？

Knowing their thoughts, Jesus said,“ Why do you entertain evil thoughts in your hearts?

Jesus knew what they were thinking. So he said,“ Why do you have evil thoughts in your hearts?

But Jesus, knowing their thoughts, said,“ Why do you think evil in your hearts?

Jesus knew what they were thinking, so he asked them,“ Why do you have such evil thoughts in your hearts?

Perceiving their thoughts, Jesus said,“ Why are you thinking evil things in your hearts?

And Jesus, perceiving their thoughts, said,“ Why are you thinking evil in your hearts?

But Jesus, knowing their thoughts, said,“ Why do you think evil in your hearts?

And Jesus knowing their thoughts said, Wherefore think ye evil in your hearts?

And Jesus knowing their thoughts said, Wherefore think ye evil in your hearts?

When Jesus saw their reaction he said,“ Why do you respond with evil in your hearts?

Jesus, knowing their thoughts, said,“ Why do you think evil in your hearts?

Knowing their thoughts, He told them:“ Every kingdom divided against itself is headed for destruction, and no city or house divided against itself will stand.

But He knew their thoughts and told the man with the paralyzed hand,“ Get up and stand here.” So he got up and stood there.

Knowing their thoughts, He told them:“ Every kingdom divided against itself is headed for destruction, and a house divided against itself falls.

For the word of God is living and effective and sharper than any double-edged sword, penetrating as far as the separation of soul and spirit, joints and marrow. It is able to judge the ideas and thoughts of the heart.No creature is hidden from Him, but all things are naked and exposed to the eyes of Him to whom we must give an account.

Then an argument started among them about who would be the greatest of them.But Jesus, knowing the thoughts of their hearts, took a little child and had him stand next to Him.

Now we know that You know everything and don’t need anyone to question You. By this we believe that You came from God.”

Jesus, however, would not entrust Himself to them, since He knew them alland because He did not need anyone to testify about man; for He Himself knew what was in man.

I will kill her children with the plague. Then all the churches will know that I am the One who examines minds and hearts, and I will give to each of you according to your works.

You know when I sit down and when I stand up; You understand my thoughts from far away.

wouldn’t God have found this out, since He knows the secrets of the heart?

Jesus knew they wanted to question Him, so He said to them,“ Are you asking one another about what I said,‘ A little while and you will not see Me; again a little while and you will see Me’?

Then Peter said to her,“ Why did you agree to test the Spirit of the Lord? Look! The feet of those who have buried your husband are at the door, and they will carry you out!”

Then Peter said,“ Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and keep back part of the proceeds from the field?Wasn’t it yours while you possessed it? And after it was sold, wasn’t it at your disposal? Why is it that you planned this thing in your heart? You have not lied to men but to God!”

He asked him the third time,“ Simon, son of John, do you love Me?” Peter was grieved that He asked him the third time,“ Do you love Me?” He said,“ Lord, You know everything! You know that I love You.”“ Feed My sheep,” Jesus said.

But there are some among you who don’t believe.”( For Jesus knew from the beginning those who would not believe and the one who would betray Him.)

But Peter told him,“ May your silver be destroyed with you, because you thought the gift of God could be obtained with money!You have no part or share in this matter, because your heart is not right before God.Therefore repent of this wickedness of yours, and pray to the Lord that the intent of your heart may be forgiven you.

Jesus, knowing in Himself that His disciples were complaining about this, asked them,“ Does this offend you?

And they discussed among themselves,“ We didn’t bring any bread.”Aware of this, Jesus said,“ You of little faith! Why are you discussing among yourselves that you do not have bread?

They were discussing among themselves that they did not have any bread.Aware of this, He said to them,“ Why are you discussing that you do not have any bread? Don’t you understand or comprehend? Is your heart hardened?

Right away Jesus understood in His spirit that they were thinking like this within themselves and said to them,“ Why are you thinking these things in your hearts?

But perceiving their thoughts, Jesus replied to them,“ Why are you thinking this in your hearts?

Should we pay, or should we not pay?” But knowing their hypocrisy, He said to them,“ Why are you testing Me? Bring Me a denarius to look at.”

Jesus replied to him,“ Simon, I have something to say to you.”“ Teacher,” he said,“ say it.”

“ This is what the Lord God says: On that day, thoughts will arise in your mind, and you will devise an evil plan.
