These were his instructions to them:“ The harvest is great, but the workers are few. So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask him to send more workers into his fields.

For we are both God’s workers. And you are God’s field. You are God’s building.

And then he told them,“ Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone.

You know the saying,‘ Four months between planting and harvest.’ But I say, wake up and look around. The fields are already ripe for harvest.The harvesters are paid good wages, and the fruit they harvest is people brought to eternal life. What joy awaits both the planter and the harvester alike!

Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

It was also written that this message would be proclaimed in the authority of his name to all the nations, beginning in Jerusalem:‘ There is forgiveness of sins for all who repent.’

That night Paul had a vision: A man from Macedonia in northern Greece was standing there, pleading with him,“ Come over to Macedonia and help us!”

As God’s partners, we beg you not to accept this marvelous gift of God’s kindness and then ignore it.

The Lord gives the word, and a great army brings the good news.

Elders who do their work well should be respected and paid well, especially those who work hard at both preaching and teaching.

Dear brothers and sisters, honor those who are your leaders in the Lord’s work. They work hard among you and give you spiritual guidance.Show them great respect and wholehearted love because of their work. And live peacefully with each other.

Jesus( the one we call Justus) also sends his greetings. These are the only Jewish believers among my co workers; they are working with me here for the Kingdom of God. And what a comfort they have been!

If the Lord Jesus is willing, I hope to send Timothy to you soon for a visit. Then he can cheer me up by telling me how you are getting along.I have no one else like Timothy, who genuinely cares about your welfare.All the others care only for themselves and not for what matters to Jesus Christ.

For I am with you, and no one will attack and harm you, for many people in this city belong to me.”
