Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly[ is] plenteous, but the labourers[ are] few;

Then he said to his disciples,“ The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.

Then Jesus said to his disciples,“ The harvest is huge. But there are only a few workers.

For we are labourers together with God: ye are God’s husbandry,[ ye are] God’s building.

And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

Say not ye, There are yet four months, and[ then] cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.And he that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal: that both he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together.

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

And a vision appeared to Paul in the night; There stood a man of Macedonia, and prayed him, saying, Come over into Macedonia, and help us.

We then,[ as] workers together[ with him], beseech[ you] also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain.

The Lord gave the word: great[ was] the company of those that published[ it].

Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine.

And we beseech you, brethren, to know them which labour among you, and are over you in the Lord, and admonish you;And to esteem them very highly in love for their work’s sake.[ And] be at peace among yourselves.

And Jesus, which is called Justus, who are of the circumcision. These only[ are my] fellowworkers unto the kingdom of God, which have been a comfort unto me.

But I trust in the Lord Jesus to send Timotheus shortly unto you, that I also may be of good comfort, when I know your state.For I have no man likeminded, who will naturally care for your state.For all seek their own, not the things which are Jesus Christ’s.

For I am with thee, and no man shall set on thee to hurt thee: for I have much people in this city.
