He replied,“ You of little faith, why are you so afraid?” Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm.

He replied,“ Your faith is so small! Why are you so afraid?” Then Jesus got up and ordered the winds and the waves to stop. It became completely calm.

And he said to them,“ Why are you afraid, O you of little faith?” Then he rose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm.

Jesus responded,“ Why are you afraid? You have so little faith!” Then he got up and rebuked the wind and waves, and suddenly there was a great calm.

He said to them,“ Why are you afraid, you of little faith?” Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm.

But He said to them,“ Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?” Then He arose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm.

And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.

毋畏葸、我必祐爾、勿膽怯、我乃爾之天主、必堅強爾、濟助爾、我必以施救之右手扶持爾、怒爾者、必抱愧蒙羞、敵爾者、必皆滅亡、歸於無有、與爾戰者、爾尋之不見、攻爾者、必歸於無有、成為虛無、蓋我即主爾之天主、援爾右手、謂爾曰、勿恐懼、我救濟爾、主云、爾如蚯蚓之雅各、爾曹以色列人乎、勿畏懼、我救濟爾、贖爾者、乃以色列之聖主、

平海濤之勢、靖波浪之聲、止息列邦之喧鬧、

在急難時、哀求主、主乃救之脫於禍患、靖息狂風、平定波浪、風恬浪靜、彼皆歡欣、蒙主引導至所欲到之海口、

且夫野草、今日尚存、明日投爐、天主衣被之若此、況爾小信者乎、

大海奔騰、為主管轄、波濤洶湧、為主平定、

耶穌起、斥風、告海曰、默而靖、風遂止、大為平靜、乃謂門徒曰、何恐懼若是、何不信乎、眾甚驚駭、相語曰、此何人也、風與海亦順之、

門徒就而醒之、曰、師歟、師歟、我儕亡矣、耶穌起、斥風浪、即止而平靜矣、謂門徒曰、爾之信安在、眾恐懼、且驚訝、相告曰、是何人也、命風與水、而風與水亦順之、○

手執展舒小卷、右足立於海、左足立於地、

不懷不信之心、疑天主所許者、其信益堅、歸榮天主、

見門徒鼓櫂甚苦、因風逆故也、時約四更、耶穌履海就門徒、似欲過之、門徒見其履海、疑為怪物、則呼、因眾見之而惶懼也、耶穌即與之言、曰、安爾心、是我也、勿懼、遂登舟就之、風即止、眾心不勝驚訝奇異、

耶穌知之、謂之曰、小信者乎、爾曹何為因未取餅而私議耶、

海水初生、如子出胎、其時我禁遏之、猶如閉門、以雲為其衣、裹以昏黑、如以襁褓裹嬰、為定界限、為設門楗、命之曰、至此則可、毋得踰越、爾之波濤澎湃、至此而止、

眾奇曰、此何人也、風與海亦順之、○

我來而無人俟、我呼而無人應、何哉、我臂豈短、無力可贖乎、我豈無拯救之能乎、我叱咤、則海竭涸、使江河變為沙地、其中鱗族、因無水死而腥臭、我使天陰晦、若衣黑衣、若蔽以粗布、○受膏者曰、主天主賜我以敏捷之舌、使我知以言勉勵困乏之人、每晨激動我耳、使我聽言猶如學者、學者或作弟子

斥海、海水即涸、使諸江河枯竭、使巴珊迦密之百卉衰殘、使利巴嫩之榮華雕謝、

滄海見之奔逃、約但見之反退、大山踴躍如牡羊、小山跳舞如羊羔、滄海因何奔逃、約但因何反退、大山因何踴躍如牡羊、小山因何跳舞如羊羔、大地震動在主前、震動在雅各之天主前、

其時主以榮臂、援摩西右手、前往導引、於民前中分海水、大顯其名、永世不替、

主歟、江湖發聲、江湖興波作浪、主在高天顯威、勝於波濤之聲、勝於滄海之洪波巨浪、

主在上鋪張天雲、使淵泉洶湧、為海定限、使水不越岸、並立大地之根基、

見風烈而懼、將溺、呼曰、主救我、耶穌伸手援之曰、小信者、何疑乎、

使淵水蓋地、有若衣被、山嶺之上、亦皆有水、主一叱喝、水即速退、主發雷聲、水便急流、上至山岡、下至平原、流至主所限定之所、主定界限、使水不過、不復淹沒地面、

主乘馬駕車、前往以勝、豈向江河氣憤、豈向江河顯威、顯威或作忿懥豈向滄海震怒、
