務宜勉入窄門；華門廣道、引入淪亡、而人多趨之；

“ Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it.

“ Enter God’s kingdom through the narrow gate. The gate is large and the road is wide that leads to ruin. Many people go that way.

“ Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many.

“ You can enter God’s Kingdom only through the narrow gate. The highway to hell is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose that way.

“ Enter through the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the road broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who go through it.

“ Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it.

曰『爾等當勉入窄門。予實語爾、欲入而不得入者、眾矣。迨家主一興而扃其門、爾等始立門外而叩曰：「主為我啟。」主將答曰：「吾不識爾為何許人也。」

耶穌曰：『予即途也、真諦也、生命也。人欲諧父、舍予末由。

予實門也；凡由予而入、必蒙恩澤、且得自由出入、而優遊於牧場矣。

凡屬於基督者皆已將其肉體及一切情慾同釘於十字架。

『汝其悔悟、天國伊邇。』

務宜進而結實、以副悔悟之心。

蓋審判之時機已熟；其以天主聖宅為開端、宜也。然既以吾人為開端、則一般未順天主福音之人、其結局又將如何！若義人之蒙救、猶若是其難也；則悖逆不道之人、其將何地以自容耶？

哀哉爾經生與法利塞人、虛偽之徒也！爾曹向眾緊閉天國、己既不進、又阻人之進。

與世俗同流合污、聽命於塵氛中之魔王。魔王者、即至今猶在悖逆心中活動之邪神也。吾輩過去亦在悖逆之列、縱情恣慾、為所欲為、原屬觸怒之子、與外邦人為一丘之貉。

凡不見錄於生命冊者、皆投入火池。

是故主囑爾等獨立特行、毅然離眾、而自成一群。『毋染一塵、吾必納爾。

蓋斯世之君、已矇不信者之心、以致基督榮耀福音之真光、亦無由照入；而基督固天主之肖影也。

伯鐸祿曰：『各宜悔悟、奉耶穌基督之名受洗、以滌罪愆、以受聖神。蓋此恩許、原為爾曹、為爾子孫、以及我天主所召遠方之人也。』伯鐸祿更多方為證、而勸眾曰：『亟宜自拔於此邪惡之世。』

耶穌呼一孩提、使立諸徒中、曰：『吾實告爾爾若不幡然化為赤子、則末由進天國。

是故爾中不拘誰何、苟不願犧牲一切、終不克為吾徒也。

投之深壑、封而緘之、使於千載之內無得迷惑萬國、後當暫釋。

然則吾人視他族果無所勝乎？實無所勝也！蓋無論猶太人與希臘人、其為罪人則一也。此為吾儕向所主張者；正如經云：『茫茫寰海裏、竟無一介仁；亦無智慧子想與主相親。紛紛入歧途、溷濁如垢塵；欲求為善者、舉世無一人。』又云：『舌端弄詭譎、咽喉如荒墓；唇內藏辛螫、口中含咒詛；流血逞捷足、殘虐鋪其路；心昧和平道、目無造化主。』夫法之所言、所以昭示法內之人、亦所以塞夫人之口、而使舉世皆服罪於天主之前也。

凡厥名自創世以來未錄於被宰羔羊之生命冊者、咸將翕然、景仰此獸。

於是巨龍下墜；巨龍者、即古時、之蛇、名曰妖魔、沙殫、熒惑全世者是；彼與其天神、俱被逐至地。

若天主欲宣其威而彰其德、對於可惡可毀之器、已予百般容忍、

遂群就天戮；而善者則享永生。』

若輩之終局、淪喪也、若輩之所天、口腹也、若輩之所引以為榮者、無恥之行也、若輩之所志、不外塵世之事也。

是以爾當悔悟、棄邪歸正用消宿罪庶幾和平安樂之日、萬物同春之時、當可自主而臨；

於烈燄中行施報應。凡不識天主、不願服膺吾主耶穌基督之福音者、皆將受刑、必至永遠沉淪、自絕於主之聖顏及其威光。

王又將謂左者曰：「被詛者流、其離我！當投諸不熄之烈火、蓋此原為魔鬼及其眾徒而備也。

主自九天上。俯首察生靈。儻有智慧子。願與主相親。紛紛落歧途。溷濁同垢塵。悠悠寰海內。竟無一賢人。

須知吾人乃天主之屬、而世俗之人莫非元兇之奴也。

方二人將別、伯鐸祿謂耶穌曰：『夫子、吾儕在茲樂甚；容設三幄、一為爾、一為摩西、一為伊理藹。』伯鐸祿實不審其所言也。
