勿令人見爾齋、惟暗中對越爾父、則燭幽洞微之父、必將有以報爾矣。

so that it will not be obvious to others that you are fasting, but only to your Father, who is unseen; and your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.

Then others will not know that you are fasting. Only your Father, who can’t be seen, will know it. Your Father will reward you, because he sees what you do secretly.

that your fasting may not be seen by others but by your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.

Then no one will notice that you are fasting, except your Father, who knows what you do in private. And your Father, who sees everything, will reward you.

so that your fasting isn’t obvious to others but to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.

不；你禱告的時候、要進你的內屋，關上門，禱告你隱密中的父；你父在隱密中察看的，必報給你。

好叫你的施捨可以在隱祕中；你父在隱祕中察看的，必報給你。

因為不是自己稱許的蒙試驗為可取，乃是主所稱許的才蒙試驗為可取。

做僕人的，你們凡事要聽從按肉身做主人的；別單用眼見的服事、像只討人喜歡的，卻要用純誠的心而敬畏主。無論你們作甚麼，都要從心裏去作，當作是為主而作，不是為人作，因為知道你們必由主得着基業為報償：你們服事的乃是主基督。

所以無論是住在身內，或是出外離身，我們都懷着大志、要讓主喜歡。

那時他必照各人的行為報應各人：

這是要叫你們的信心被試驗為及格的、比那經火試驗還能銷滅的金子更寶貴得多多的、可以在耶穌基督顯示之時見為蒙受稱讚榮耀和尊重的。

你們為主的緣故要順服人類的一切制度，或是君王為至尊的，
