慈惠待人乃真福、自身必見慈惠渥。

Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy.

and be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, even as God also in Christ forgave you.Be ye therefore imitators of God, as beloved children;

For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

With the merciful thou wilt show thyself merciful; With the perfect man thou wilt show thyself perfect;

shouldest not thou also have had mercy on thy fellow- servant, even as I had mercy on thee?And his lord was wroth, and delivered him to the tormentors, till he should pay all that was due.So shall also my heavenly Father do unto you, if ye forgive not every one his brother from your hearts.

Put on therefore, as God’s elect, holy and beloved, a heart of compassion, kindness, lowliness, meekness, longsuffering;

But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without variance, without hypocrisy.

But love your enemies, and do them good, and lend, never despairing; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be sons of the Most High: for he is kind toward the unthankful and evil.

For judgment is without mercy to him that hath showed no mercy: mercy glorieth against judgment.

who in time past were no people, but now are the people of God: who had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.

If thou take away from the midst of thee the yoke, the putting forth of the finger, and speaking wickedly;and if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul: then shall thy light rise in darkness, and thine obscurity be as the noonday;and Jehovah will guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in dry places, and make strong thy bones; and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places; thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.

He hath dispersed, he hath given to the needy; His righteousness endureth for ever: His horn shall be exalted with honor.

Say ye unto your brethren, Ammi; and to your sisters, Ruhamah.

Now concerning virgins I have no commandment of the Lord: but I give my judgment, as one that hath obtained mercy of the Lord to be trustworthy.
