也是：“绊脚石和使人跌倒的磐石。”他们跌倒是因为他们不顺服真道，这种下场早已注定了。

得到五千银币的奴仆带来了另外的五千，说，‘主人，你交给我五千银币，请看，我又赚了五千。’

凡对我没有失去信心的人有福了！”

谁使一个卑微的弟兄失足犯罪，他的下场比把大磨石拴在他脖子上扔到海里还要惨。

正如圣经上说：“看啊！我在锡安放了一块绊脚石，一块使人跌倒的磐石。但信靠祂的人必不致蒙羞。”

我告诉你们应该惧怕谁，要惧怕上帝——祂有权终结人的生命，并把人丢在地狱里。是的，我告诉你们，要惧怕祂！

耶稣对门徒说：“今天晚上，你们都要离弃我。因为圣经上说，‘我要击打牧人，羊群将四散。’

但不论谁使这样一个小信徒失足犯罪，他的下场比把大磨石拴在他脖子上沉到深海里还要惨。这世界有祸了！因为里面充满了引人犯罪的事。这样的事是免不了的，但那些引人犯罪的人有祸了！

但因为他心里没有根基，不过是暂时接受，一旦为道遭受患难或迫害，就立刻放弃了信仰；

王便吩咐侍从，‘把他手脚绑起来丢到外面的黑暗里，让他在那里哀哭切齿。’”

耶稣立刻转过身来责备彼得说：“撒旦，退到我后面去！你是我的绊脚石，因为你不考虑上帝的意思，只考虑人的意思。”

不可因食物的问题而破坏上帝的工作。所有的食物固然都是洁净的，但人若因所吃的食物绊倒别人，就有罪了。无论是吃肉、喝酒还是做任何别的事，如果会绊倒别人，就应该一概不做。

所以，如果我吃某些食物会令我的弟兄在信仰上跌倒，我就情愿永远不吃，免得令他们跌倒。

弟兄姊妹，如果我仍旧主张行割礼，怎么还会受迫害呢？如果是那样，十字架冒犯人的地方就被消除了。
