爾曹若從肉體而行、必死、若以聖神而滅身之邪行、必生、

基督為我儕身受苦難、爾曹亦當有此心志、以為鎧甲、蓋凡身受苦難者、息於犯罪、使爾曹今後不從人慾、而順天主之旨、以度在世所餘之光陰、我從異邦人之意、邪侈、縱慾、放飲、饕餮、沈湎、更行拜偶像可憎之事、往時如是已足矣、

凡屬基督者、已滅肉體之情欲、如釘之十字架、

蓋知我儕舊日之我、舊日之我原文作本體之舊人與之同釘十字架、以滅罪身、使我儕不復為罪所役、

我攻克我身、使之折服、恐我訓他人、而自見棄也、

倘爾一手一足使爾陷於罪、則斷而棄之、爾跛與殘入於生、勝如有兩手兩足而投於永火、倘爾一目使爾陷於罪、則抉而擲之、爾一目入於生、勝如有兩目而投於磯很拿之火、

凡欲救其生命者、反喪之、為我而喪其生命者、反救之、人盡得天下而自喪自亡、何益之有、

人若盡得天下利、而失其生命、有何益乎、

人若盡得天下而失其生命、何益之有、人將以何者易其生命乎、

惟我告爾、無故而怒兄弟者、當被審判、詈兄弟為鄙夫者、當解於公堂、詈兄弟為愚妄者、當擲於磯很拿磯很拿即生前作惡者死後受刑處有譯地獄下同之火、

爾之途當遠離之、勿近其室之門、恐爾之榮榮或作精力為他人所敗、恐爾之年為殘忍者所促、恐爾之貨財為外人所得、爾劬勞所獲者、在他人之家、恐爾身精力衰敗時、因爾之終局號泣、曰、哀哉、我厭棄訓誨、心中藐視督責、不聽師言、不向教我者傾耳、我幾乎在群眾、在大會、遭遇諸禍、遭遇諸禍或作受諸責罰

蛇乎、蝮所產乎、爾何能逃磯很拿之刑乎、

蓋有生而閹者、有被人閹者、又有為天國自閹者、此言誰能受則受之、○

禍哉爾偽善之經士與法利賽人、因爾周行水陸、導一人進教、及進教、使之為磯很拿之人、較倍於爾也、

殺身而不能殺靈者、勿懼之、惟能以身與靈同滅於磯很拿者、是乃爾所當懼、

我示爾所當懼者、當懼殺後、又有權投人於磯很拿者、我誠告爾、此當懼也、
